Enjoyed our stay!

It has wonderful personality in all of its design elements. The bedding is fabulous! Bathroom marble is elegant. Bright yellow dresser is both retro and modern and overall cheerful. Pineapple cookies? Delish. Coffee? Fun new type of maker to use. Only downside is no gym but several hotels (Fairmont and Nikko) allow day use for a fee (Fairmont is great and $35).

Nice property, good location, and friendly staff.
-
Cute little place for people traveling with pets. They really go above and beyond

Our overall stay was fantastic. It was my husband birthday and the front desk put a bottle of champagne in our room. The room was very clean. And the bed was so comfortable. I would definitely stay there again.
-
Over the door. Pretty place. I love the cookies and the water and coffee in the lobby. You don't get that at many hotels nowadays
-
The only downside was that the bar was closed during my visit. However, overall it was a very pleasant experience. I would definitely stay here again and would highly recommend this hotel to others.
-
The area around the hotel is terrible. Stay somewhere else.
-
The property was clean, convenient and unique. I didn’t enjoy how noisy it was on the street which meant it was noisy at night but the hotel cannot control that.
-
Great staff. Great location.
-
The hotel is nice and modern and very clean the staff went above and beyond for my husband my only complaint is the rooms are tiny!! They’re very nice nonetheless but small! Everything else was amazing Small bedrooms.
-
It is very neat old Hotel that has been updated, a touch of elegant! Parking is close, but expensive.

Our stay was awesome. i'm no longer a dog owner but I like how pets are welcomed at the hotel. I wish they could come up with a way for dogs not have to relieve themselves stands/planters immediately in front of the entrance doors to the hotel. There is a stench of urine that is horrid and the run off goes directly into the path of the entrance way. I think there are 4 planters/stands in front of the doorway and one can see they all get used by dogs.
-
It was decorated elegant and fancy. They did not have a restaurant or coffee bar available.
-
The area around the hotel is disgusting, dilapidated and full of homeless people. This is an issue if you walk anywhere from the hotel. The hotel has no parking so you have to find a place nearby, the public parking is about $80 overnight so it’s worth considering paying more to stay in a place with parking or valet parking. Plus you have to walk to the hotel through bad areas. The hotel itself is nice and the staff is great but I think this part significantly impacts the stay and should have been properly disclosed.

I really like this small hotel. It is quite charming. The location is OK. I didn't have a car, but Uber was always quick to come.
-
Cute place and cool designs in rooms and entire hotel. Was expecting it to be a little more sexual but I was wrong on that. Kinda bummed but it was good place to stay. Would recommend for someone looking to stay in a cool part of SF.

This is a beautiful hotel with wonderful staff. The air conditioner unit didn’t work in our room, but the staff brought us a fan, which was very helpful. Someone did come to fix the unit, but unfortunately it was on the morning we were leaving. We lobby had a piano, and it was very elegant. Our room was quite small, which was fine, but the bed was a double bed and it was not very spacious for both my husband and I. I also did not like the location. It was far from everything, so you would have to walk very far, or Uber, to see Chinatown or Fisherman’s Wharf.
