Great roof top

Upon arrival, the extra charges were not explained clearly. The carpet in our room was dirty and the air conditioning worked ok. Our room got hot all nights we stayed. I would say security was good since it’s in a less desirable part of town.

Beautiful, quiet rooms! We enjoyed our stay so much that we upgraded to a different room for an additional night. The location was within walking distance to everything!

Decent hotel, nearly a lot of unhoh

This was a wonderful hotel and actually at a very good price for being in the heart of San Francisco! Was very happy with this hotel and definitely recommend if you’re coming into the city.

Good responsive stuff and clean room

Loved the hotel, like I’m sure most know it is in the tenderloin so the surrounding area is definitely a little sus, but the hotel itself and the corner it is on was more than good for me, never felt unsafe. The room was great & the hotel itself is well kept & very nice inside. There is both valet & nearby parking options for convenience.

The area this hotel is located in is very rough with homeless and drug activity outside the hotels front door. They have security outside but it’s not fun to see people doing drugs rich I front of your hotel. Staff are rude and treat you like you’re not welcome in their hotel. Will not be staying here again.

The hotel was clean, classy, convenient and a wonderful experience. Being in the tenderloin district it was in one of the roughest parts of San Francisco. Unhoused people, severe drug use and open intoxication makes it very risky but we were able to get through it without having any incidents. I would be really cautious and aware of where you are staying location wise. The hotel was great on the inside.

We would definitely recommend this hotel to anyone looking to explore San Francisco California.

Traveler BEWARE!!! The hotel itself is very nice and the staff very friendly and helpful. The restaurant was very good also. BUT this hotel is in the worst area of San Francisco - the Tenderloin district. Outside the hotel are homeless encampments, drug addicts and criminal activity. We were afraid to leave the hotel. I was there to get a passport at the Passport agency and when booking the reviews were very positive. We only left the hotel to drive to the passport office (even though it was a 10 minute walk we didn't feel comfortable walking in the area). We spent the day at the hotel waiting for the passport to be processed because we didn't feel comfortable exploring the area. When the trash collection company uses shovels to clear the sidewalks every morning and the city hires a company to power wash the sidewalks every morning (because of feces, urine, vomit, etc.) you know there is a problem. Never again!
