-
Great hotel, does what it says on the tin. Very helpful staff.
-
Excellent room and service, very convenient location and a short walk to the BART station. Excellent breakfast just on the weekends. The breakfast on weekdays was disappointing.
-

-

Location cannot be beat!

The room was amazing. The bed was incredibly comfortable, the shower was fantastic, the bathtub was beautiful, and I loved the premium amenities. Housekeeping kept the room spotless every single day, always around the same time, which made my extended stay feel effortless. Coming back to my room and finding Italian Acqua Panna, my favorite Clif Bars, and vanilla yogurt waiting for me was such a thoughtful touch that made me feel at home. The location was perfect for my stay. I could easily walk to Moscone Center, Salesforce Tower, the Embarcadero, Jackson Square, North Beach, Whole Foods, and Caltrain when visiting Palo Alto and Stanford. Having so many places within walking distance made my daily routine incredibly convenient. The gym was excellent, the rooftop has beautiful views of San Francisco, and the entire hotel feels modern, comfortable, and welcoming. Nothing at all. I truly enjoyed my extended stay and honestly didn’t want to leave. If I could, I would happily call Timbri my home for the rest of the year.

This is a beautiful hotel. We absolutely love getting to stay here when we come for shows at the Warfield. The hotel bar and re estaurant is amazing, too. Staff is always great. Wish there was a microwave in the room, but there is one in the lobby to use. Makes it nice to warm up leftovers.

A beautiful, elegant and cozy hotel that immediately feels welcoming. The rooms and common areas were spotless, and I really appreciated the sustainable touches and attention to detail throughout the property. The location is also very convenient, just a short walk from the Powell Street BART station, making it easy to travel to and from SFO. I also enjoyed the rooftop restaurant and the overall atmosphere of the hotel. The team was friendly and helpful, and once I understood the surrounding area and planned my routes accordingly, I found the hotel to be an excellent base for exploring San Francisco. I wish I had been informed before booking that the bar had closed permanently and that the rooftop restaurant is only open on specific days and during limited hours. Having this information in advance would have helped me set the right expectations. One additional suggestion: before my stay, I was concerned by some of the reviews about the surrounding area and its proximity to the Tenderloin. However, after doing some research and planning my routes and walking times, I found my stay to be very pleasant. I believe the hotel could proactively provide guests with practical neighbourhood guidance (recommended walking routes and general safety tips). It would show that you genuinely care about your guests' experience and help them make informed decisions based on practical information rather than subjective reviews.
-
Very nice room, nice restaurant and cafe in the hotel. The location of the hotel is not the greatest - the neighborhood is a bit dodgy.
-
Everything from Check-in to Check-out Some thing about the address. All the ride shares dropped us away from the location

I would also like to thank Rebecca. After a long trip, she made my arrival incredibly easy and was able to get me into a room within minutes. I didn’t have to wait at all, which was greatly appreciated. The room was amazing, with an incredibly comfortable bed, a fantastic shower, a beautiful bathroom and bathtub, excellent amenities, and impeccable housekeeping every day. I also loved the daily water, yogurt, and cereal bars waiting in the room. And the Gym is good. The neighborhood may not be everyone’s favorite part of San Francisco, but I always felt safe. The hotel had a strong security presence, and I never felt uncomfortable walking around during my stay.
-
No one warned us about the amount of drug addicts lined up along the streets. The hotel itself was great it was just in the wrong location.
-
Really love the ambience of the hotel, rooms were nice and clean, rooftop was amazing
-
Plus why only person at the front desk, I waited 25 min to get helped.

The hotel has that boutique hotel feeling while under Hilton standards so really best of both worlds. The room was clean, had a nespresso style coffee machine and great view of the city. The hotel itself was also clean and comfortable, staff was friendly and welcoming. Nothing really, the location is in downtown SF so it is very convenient. It can feel unsafe if you go two blocks down, but this a reality in almost any big city. The hotel has 24/7 security to make you feel safe.
