Our room was exceptionally clean. The staff went above and beyond what was asked of them. Breakfast was decent. Parking was done by valet, which was perfectly fine, just a bit expensive, but pretty normal for the San Francisco area. We truly enjoyed our stay!!!

Great hotel stay. Very simple yet they maximize every detail. The staff is super friendly and helpful. I enjoyed the location, close to some fun spots and good restaurants.

The door was heavy and/or difficult to open for my wife. Most of the staff was friendly and great, the First Lady to check us in was very difficult to understand. We were trying to figure out if we could park and unload to our room and then leave without valet parking and she made it seem we had to valet but in reality we were able to unload and leave the car outside for 5 minutes. The lack of free parking or use of parking garage was disappointing. Rooms are tiny, 4 stars because the room was clean, the rest of the staff was friendly and helpful and we enjoyed the complimentary breakfast.

DO NOT STAY HERE!!! Drugged out people everywhere surrounding the hotel. Then they claim to have valet, and when I got There they didn’t have any parking or valet and suggested I park 6 blocks away and walk down. I have Mobility issues and this wasn’t possible for me. They then refused to let me get a refund claiming it’s my fault.

It was clean and easy access to most everything.
-
Not the best neighborhood but the hotel facility is secure and as good as you could expect for access to the SOMA area.

Bad area and you have to pay for parking. You do need a key card to enter which is nice and free breakfast.

First things first the staff when we checked in the gentleman was very helpful very welcoming the only thing of course and I know a lot of people mention this this really is a bad part of town behind the hotel I should say if you're walking towards 5th and the lower streets you're good to go but it is not recommended that you walk from six back a lot of homeless a lot of drugs but once you walk into the hotel you don't even know that that exists. The breakfast always good I just wish that it was a little bit more open where the breakfast items are because it does get crowded and the room was very clean. The only thing is the air conditioning lid was broken one of the chains the holder was broken and I wanted to make sure that the hotel staff was aware because they do hold the 225 deposit. Even though the location is sketchy in the evenings during the day you still see the homeless people the drug users they're asleep on the street there near the hotel but it still feels safe during the day but not in the evening
