Staff on checkin really nice and friendly, room ideal and very clean, fab bathroom products & the best breakfast. Really enjoyed our stay. The hotel is on the cusp of the area where the homeless are but there is security on the door of the hotel so completely safe. No one approached outside at any time & at night we just got Ubers - we would stay here again

They still gave us smoking bathroom so strong my both kids had allergies

Hotel, staff, and breakfast were all good. Neighborhood was not. Would not recommend walking at night. Take an Uber or a Waymo. We were accosted very close to the hotel. Felt safe once we were inside the hotel, though. Market Street (around the corner from the hotel) had good coffee shops and restaurants.
-
Friendly & very attentive front desk staff. Property is well maintained & clean room.,,
-
No complaints. Comfy and quiet. Diverse breakfast options
-
The location of this hotel is not good for family as this area seems to be high in crime rate. Also the hotel staff refused to acknowledge my Hilton Honors account.
-
Just struggled with parking but other than that it was great

Excellent

This hotel is not what it look like they do not tell you about the alley of homeless people that literally poop on the streets that my girlfriend almost pushed the stroller through but on top of that you are forced to pay for valet plus my girlfriend woke up in the middle of the night to gunshots with ambulances also the breakfast the only good thing is the waffles and toast that it the milks for the cereal was warm the eggs looked nasty and the bacons was just disgusting and the maid never cleaned our room she watched us leave and just never cleaned it I don’t recommend this hotel for anyone

Clean and friendly staff.

Good location
-
The hotel itself is awesome with decent size room and bathroom. It is very clean and comfortable. Walkable distance to Traders Jow and Target. The only issue is the hotel surroundings. If you can ignore it then this is a good place to stay.
-
Nothing; it was horrible Staff was rude and unwelcoming
-
Great room, close to dining, super clean
-
As soon as you walk into the hotel you are greeted by a friendly atmosphere. The front door & floors are accessed with your room keep so I felt very safe. The room I stayed in was spacious, clean, and had everything I needed.

Will search for different hotel next time.

It’s a nice hotel, located in a slightly less nice area. Hot and tasty breakfast is included in the price. It’s very close to a few convenient stores, bars, restaurants, and 2-3 metro stations. It’s not their fault but there are a lot of homeless people in this part of the city.
-
It was very expensive 3 times the normal price per night
