Hotel Zetta San Francisco

We really enjoyed our stay, The Hotel is super clean. Our room was perfect for two couples. The bathroom was large, and shower was nice. The Hotel has a free game room which is really well kept. Perfect visit for the Giants game and walking distance to the stadium. We thank you so much for the hospitality!

Shower was leaking, Door of the shower always opened by itself, so could not close. They gave a voucher for not having to clean the room, which i found when i came back in the evening (bar was closed at this point), next day in the mronign i wanted to redeem it, they said not valid anymore. There was no accessible Plug near the bed.

I will be returning to this Hotel, because it’s a great location. This was my first visit and I was a bit unclear on where to park for the valet service. Diving in the city is not my favorite and I hade to drive around twice to figure it out. My only true negative was that the thermostat was pre-set and even though it was set to 66°, the room never went below 76 which is far too hot for me. It was a heat wave in the city that day and was 90° outside.

Location was perfect- very close to union square. Staff are lovely. Hotel has a games room. Has a water filling station. There is no view from the room- you are over looking wall and another room window. Although it does have games room, it gets booked out for conferences/ workshops and as the hotel is quite small there is not much place to hang out when it’s booked out.

I love this hotel. The design is fun and kitschy and the location is great for quick overnight visits to SF.

I am comparing it to 4 star hotels. Shower and faucet performance: it was leaking, I could not get the right temperature for quite sometime. I thought the location would be better but there were a lot of homeless outside which more a city problem than a hotel.

Staff was attentive and the facilities were nice. There was a lingering smell in the room but the staff did a good job of trying to minimize it. Very close to the tenderloin so there were lots of bums and crackheads about. Not the facilities fault. Otherwise a good experience.

Spacious rooms, very friendly staff, great location!

​The biggest issue was the pillowcases on our bed—they were noticeably dirty with what appeared to be dried makeup of some sort (I hope anyway). Given that the cases were pure white, it was disappointing that housecleaning missed this. However, once we spoke with a member of the cleaning staff, they promptly replaced them with fresh ones. ​Additionally, the add-on costs felt quite steep, with parking at $69 a night and amenities fees coming out to $87. ​On a positive note, the front desk staff was excellent throughout our stay—welcoming, polite, and very helpful.
