The check-in process was seamless even though I arrived around 1am after a long drive. Parking was closed, but there was other affordable parking nearby (fifth and mission/Yerba Buena Garage). Got into my room - everything was clean. I only wish the shampoo/soap dispensers were easier to dispense (I had a room with a bathroom included). Other than that, the stay was perfect for good sleep.

Staff was nice and helpful. For people with flights landing early or leaving later they have an area where they will hold your luggage to accommodate your flight schedule. Rooms were a bit small but for the price it was fair.
-
The room was clean but a bit noisy. Good for a short stay... very central and walkable/commutable!
-
Nice staff. List of issues with the room.

Cant beat the location in the city . Simple with no frills
-
Very nice experiment. Close to Moscone Center which made my stay so convenient
-
The price was definitely right, but I wish house keeping cleaned the room at least once while we were there.

Great location. Good value for the price. Smallish rooms, so good for visiting

Pretty bare bones but not horrible. Room was dated but not in disrepair.

Location was great for my trip. It’s close to the Moscone Center where the multi day conference I attended took place, a couple minute’s walk to the train station, and about a mile away from the Ferry Building where I went to a few times to run by the water. WiFi was not reliable and I ended up using my phone data.

Excellent staff and quiet property it just needs to be renovated and updated

It was affordable. Staff were friendly. Coffee and tea were provided in the morning until 9AM, I believe. Doors are locked after 10pm but you can use your key card to get in. Other guests were quiet and respectful. I was in the private room with a private bathroom (8th floor). It was slightly warm in the room but there was a ceiling fan. They provided a robe but in the corner of the robe it almost looked like there was a piece of booger on it. Neighborhood is okay. Sketchy at night but overall okay. Lots of traffic on the street so can get busy.

Great place to stay for solo travelers. It's in a really convenient location. It's very clean for how old it is. Rooms are a bit small but they're still decent.
-
It was in a great part of town and I felt safe! The room was too small, barely enough room to move around. Bathroom was small and didn’t have enough room to have more then 1 person in it
-
It’s an old building with creaky floors and thin walls. But would stay visit again if needing budget hotel. Great location!
