Horrible crack heads everywhere loud noises rodents people come in and out of room, slamming doors heaters was broken and stayed on all night. The knob was broken on it. This lasted for two days and then when we ask, does the room have a microwave with the front staff or anything they told us no it has nothing very rude customer service was trash. I would not advise for anybody to stay here.

Also beware, I got lucky that I got a room on the 8th floor with a bathroom. Many of the rooms on the lower floors have no bathroom and you have to share a bathroom with the rest of the floor.

I walked out and my son arrived within 5 minutes if me leaving. Sooner than I expected. The hotel clerk treated my kid as if he had never heard of him. I needed to be called and my debit card needed to be confirmed and all the stuff. It was weird. And my son says that the lack of cleanliness set a new standard for him. So there you go.
