I asked for a new ironing board, and the never came. The valet parking was full and I had to park across the street in public parking

It's my favorite place to stay beautiful views of the city nightclub on top of hotel good food and drinks I love it

The staff was great, location is great. Of course the View Lounge is a must, Especially if you’re staying there. The only thing that was a little frustrating is the 30 minute drive it takes to get from the front of hotel to the back for Valet parking. Literally around the corner. There were a lot of events going on that weekend. Other than that it was a good stay.

Everything was nice about the hotel. And everyone else seems to enjoy their time there. Me and my guest however were treated rather rudely and different from the other guests at the hotel. We noticed.

My husband and I always love staying here! It’s one of our favorite hotels in the world! We loveeeee how clean it is and the modern decor! We always pay a bit more for a nice view too! Also the bar at the top is soooo cool! Amazing views!🌌

Good location

The staff were outstanding and took amazing care of me. I walked into the registration feeling quite unwell and the concierge was so sweet! Room was very clean, quiet, beautiful view. Didn't splurge for the breakfast buffet since it's a lot of money and not really worth it for the selection. The onsite convenience store was used because I had a bad headache and needed caffeine. $5 for a can of Soda and $10 for a bag of chips. Also everything on site closes very early. Close restaurants and Target also seemed to close quite early. Would visit again but bring my own soda next time.

Great Hotel...get a top floor!

Great location in the city. Valet parking was full when we got there on a Saturday but there was another parking garage down the street. Room was big, bathroom was big. I just wish that the refrigerator was on in the room and had complimentary bottles of water. It was a warm weekend, would have been a nice touch. Would stay again.

Staff at check in and checking out were extremely friendly and helpful. The valet parking is insanely expensive ($92 a day). The rooms seem a little small. The water coming from our faucet smelled weird. The View Restaurant was nice. The coffee place had a lot of options and staff were very friendly.
