I was very disappointed with the sleeping arrangements. When I booked, the room was advertised as accommodating five people. However, when we arrived, there was only one king bed, and the sofa was not a sofa bed. I asked the front desk for two rollaway beds, but they would only provide one and at an additional charge. It was frustrating to book a room expecting enough sleeping space for five people, only to find a large room without enough beds for everyone.

We appreciated the staff from check in to the bellhops with directions, recommendations and friendliness. The gym was top notch!!

Was able to valet my car on a super busy weekend and they checked me in early. My top priorities fulfilled!

Ive had better rooms up higher in the tower but it was a busy weekend with the Dodgers in town and the Folsom St Fair. Staff was helpful... they even located my charging cable in my car down in valet. Easy as pie to stay an extra night. Beds are posh. A really good nights sleep right in the middle of the SOMA. 24 hour food at Mels diner right around the corner. Across the street from Target. Super close to MUNI and BART. ill stay here again for sure

The greeting and welcoming when I’d arrived to the hotel was very good! The events that took the past weekend I was there, there was a lots of people in the way in the lobby roaming around and kind of chaotic.

First off, the hotel is "fine." If you're looking for an "ok place to sleep for the night," you'll be "fine," but that's where it ends. This place masquerades itself as a luxury hotel and there is nothing about it at all that meets that criteria. Everything there is just a total ripoff even by SF standards. I'm not taking about the $100/night parking, which is insane (especially since there's a $40/night lot across the street,) I'm talking about other things. The little cofeee shop charges $5 for a can of Diet Coke, and $14 for a pre frozen sausage egg and cheese English muffin. There is literally a Starbucks across the street where the same breakfast sandwich is under $6. There is also a target across the street. Went over and got 3 sofas for the price of that one can. The restaurant in the lobby serves breakfast but only as a buffet. God forbid they should take a breakfast order. The buffet is zero levels about whst you'd see at a residence inn. How much is it? Good luck finding out. Not shown on any document anywhere or on the website. Finally asked just for fun. $42!! The room smelled like a dog kennel. The towels were like cardboard. Bonvoy Elite status. Think they'd give me a breakfast voucher? Good luck. My room overlooked the dumpsters. 6am the trash guys arrived and spent 10 minutes out there. You can imagine what that sounded like right? What a disappointment.
