Hotel Zelos San Francisco

It flipped over I’m thinking this is Hotel Zillow, the only kick up where there were no working ice makers with the exception of one from my knowledge on another floor

The front desk agent not very friendly. Just did his job with straight face. Overall..great location but I dont think I'd stay here again.

Room was clean and spacious. Location was convenient (if you want to be near Union square). Staff were friendly and the bar/patio area was nice. Trader Joe’s is right next door :)

The hotel itself is clean and well maintained. I was surprised to be charged $35 for amenities whether I used any or not, which I did not. There were extra charges for valet even though I paid for parking with the booking.

I booked 4 nights here. Big mistake, the room was dirty and the AC didn’t work at all. The woman at the front desk was extremely rude and shouldn’t be working in hospitality. I ended up paying for the one night and left to get an amazing clean room at Marriott with gorgeous views and a working AC for less money. Overall terrible experience and I wouldn’t recommend this place to any professional types. People yelling in the hallways and overall trashy vibes.

The location is great if you want to stay close to everything downtown. Lime scooters everywhere if you're into that! The hotel was clean and smelled amazing especially after walking around downtown SF (because SF smells like pee). The room was quite large and comfortable. The in room shampoo/conditioner/body wash/lotion in the room was good quality. The staff were very friendly. Water in the room is $7 but they did gift me a free bottle of wine! Trader Joes is steps from the hotel so you can buy a bottle of water for 17 cents there instead. Overall if I had to come to SF again I would stay here again.

Clean rooms and amazingly helpful staff.

The hotel location was extremely convenient for finding public transportation and the hotel room was very comfortable being in the middle of the city. The only detail that stood out was the shower drain was a little slow to where water would pool a bits

The room was too big with a king bed. It was comfortable and cozy. The location was perfect. The bathroom was older than it appeared in the photos. Also, breakfast was included in our booking, but when we checked in, we were given two voucher coupons worth a total of only USD 25 per person. In reality, that amount was barely enough for an omelet. I think the hotel should improve the breakfast arrangement, especially since breakfast was advertised as included.

Ridiculous! for that, they could’ve added some nice croissants with the coffee available. There is also additional parking fee so I recommend using the fifth admission garage which is cheaper than the hotel charges.
