A Fantastic stay for our 25th wedding anniversary. The rooms are so comfortable and the staff couldn’t be more helpful. Big shout out to everyone for making our states perfect.
-
The front desk, especially Ali was absolutely fantastic. We were very tired after a long drive. She was very accommodating. Got us an excellent room and sent us a nice welcome gift with a handwritten note. She absolutely went above and beyond and got us off to an excellent start in our stay at the San Francisco four seasons -market Street

Best gym and pool in town.
-
Great location. Beautiful rooms. Amazing gym and lap pool. I love this place.
-
In general, a comfortable hotel, good room size, pleasant interactions with staff. Wonderful breakfast. Parking seemed expensive at $100/night but I have nothing to compare it to. Only thing that seemed off was the thin, uncomfortable toilet paper.

Nice service

Hands down excellent!!

We stay at a lot of Four Seasons and this one seemed just like an average hotel room. It was nice but for the price you pay it should be excellent. The room was just so-so for us. We had to move rooms when we first got there because the toilet was broken. After a long day of traveling that was aggravating. Some of our other family stayed at the Ritz and it was much better IMO. For the price, I’d stay somewhere else.
