Loved hotel super clean. Amazing staff. Love the fragrance and Equinox being on the 4th floor was amazing. Annie on the front desk was super helpful and made it feel like home.

Great stay! The staff is consistently several steps above other hotels in terms of professionalism and graciousness. The hotel is still beautiful, accommodating and meticulously maintained. This all adds up to a welcoming and comfortable business stay.

Location was great. Comfortable and clean. Quiet. Staff were functional in their interactions rather than exceptionally helpful, for example, I was told directions to the lobby then to my room with three pieces of luggage rather than helped to the lift. Gym was the worst aspect, it is an external facility and the gym treated me as a temporary nuisance because I’m not a member of the club. Even repeatedly asking me “are you a member?”. Hotel interior felt dated.

The front desk, especially Ali was absolutely fantastic. We were very tired after a long drive. She was very accommodating. Got us an excellent room and sent us a nice welcome gift with a handwritten note. She absolutely went above and beyond and got us off to an excellent start in our stay at the San Francisco four seasons -market Street
