The room is spacious and clean. Walking distance to financial district and union square. Early check in is provided and check in check out process is very simple

Good location. No concierge to answer touristy questions. Elevators were broken and it took 20 minutes to get an elevator. No announcement no apology. Cheaper parking across the street. Hidden resort fees of $33/day but no pool or “resort”.

The ladies at the coffee bar were just lovely! Best part of our stay. The elevator situation was just terrible, kinda not safe if there were an emergency.

For the first night, I was in a room on the 6th floor which was quite noisy from street/traffic noise. Thankfully the staff allowed me to move to the 20th floor for the rest of the stay which was greatly appreciated.

No value for money at all Staff just came in for cleaning by seeing the door lil open that too without asking and room size was so small and no lighting at all and room view you can’t imagine, worst worst and just worst
