Great location. Spacious rooms gym and pool were very nice.
-
The hotel itself is wonderful except we we’re on the second floor and there was a wedding in the main ballroom area and it legit felt like we were above a club with the volume of the music and the flashing lights. We had young kids and the music didn’t stop until midnight.

Our stay at the Palace Hotel was excellent. Everyone of the staff we encountered greeted us with a hello and welcoming smile. Room service food was fantastic. Overall experience was great.
-
They were so helpful, I had my marathon the next morning and my bib pins didn’t work, they had some brought to me after one short call. They are the best!
-

Simply horrific. I would not stay there ever again.
-
Great location. Wonderful historic building beautifully restored. Lovely room with high ceilings. Great gym and pool.
-
although the room was clean, one of the water glasses in the bathroom was chipped and i cut my lip on it. the signage about taking stuff and having it billed to us later was unexpected and strange. i thought breakfast was included but we were charged for it. the staff was polite and professional and union square designer shops were just a block away. it was overall, a good stay. thank you.

Five Star as always!!!!!!
-
Pier 39, the ferry building, or other restaurants nearby easily. The Garden court for the breakfast is so unique and beautiful. The breakfast buffet is delicious and the staffs are very helpful. The bed is very comfortable, the room is spacious. the bathroom is kind of small. It does not have enough space to put my make up stuffs and a hair blow dryer We enjoy our short vacation there.
-
It’s a stunningly beautiful hotel. We took the little history tour and enjoyed the 3 course lunch. The location is excellent for the red bus tour from Union Square, all the high end stores, restaurants, and MOMA. Very comfortable beds and we got a kick out of the robes and slippers. Highly recommend!
-
My best friend and I had a lot of catching up to do after eight years of not seeing each other, and the staff were very nice about letting us continue our tete-a-tete in the Garden Court well after breakfast and almost into the lunch service! Every staff member, from housekeeping, to the front desk to the valet to the concierge are truly excellent people!

I hadn't really done any research prior to the trip and this location was FANTASTIC. The location was great where the places and things we wanted to do was within walking distance and if needed we took an Uber. The hotel itself is a magical place full of history and it was a little place locked away smack dab in the city. They provided great service, amenities were for everyone, they provided great inclusion for kids etc..overall great experience.

Hot tub water was filled halfway. Very rundown hotel.
-
Such a great experience, will for sure stay there again
