I enjoyed the fact that our room had an outdoor patio did not enjoy the fact that there was a ton of construction going on, and that it wasn’t disclosed at the time my purchase for the hotel was made
-
Great people and a proactive approach to making the stay wonderful
-
Great place to stay in the city of San Francisco. Walking distance to Oracle Park 17 min. I recommend you park your own vehicle just around the corner on Mina. It costs $35 for 24 hrs. as opposed to hotel charging $97. - what a rip-off. Instill don't understand how hotels can charge their own guests. What a shame
-
Although the lobby was under construction the staff and location is ideal. I wanted to but a cheese danish before leaving the area but they didn’t offer this at the bar on level 2. Overall, the stay is worth it!

It was everything I expected.
-
I wish I stayed somewhere that wasn’t under construction. My shower head didn’t work. I was let down

First class treatment by all the staff.
-
Great hotel, friendly staff. Will book again.
-
Staff is very willing to help
-
Breakfast buffet staff was amazing. Room was clean but awkward layout and not enough storage.
-
Clean room. Low noise even with construction. Convenient to downtown.
-
Clean and spacious

Nice hotel thar is being renovated. Good location and perfect for our needs on this stay.

I am a huge fan of the W hotel chain and will certainly stay at other ones. But given that this one is under construction, it felt very misleading.
-
Construction is being done so it is a pain. They also charge $80 for parking but it can take up to 20 minutes to get your vehicle. Nice hotel but not worth the price.
-
Great stay! The staff were friendly and helpful!
-
Breakfast was inconsistent.

Cons: Some decor/cabinetry/equipment in room in need of immediate repair, bottom floors are under construction (great for guests down the road but not for current guest), some communication issues (both to clients and between staff-ie?? - we were told $30 daily credit for breakfast/bar, upon checkout rep gave us $25 credit for breakfast, I didn’t bother to mention the discrepancy-mind you we only ate breakfast once for the 3 nights we stayed), breakfast buffet is a tad overpriced for the caliber of food (leathery hash browns and turkey bacon) but service was exceptional by breakfast staff, pet friendly (good & bad) - we had a neighbor with a yappy dog that barked at passerby’s at regular & wee hours (midnight, 1 am, etc), construction wasn’t communicated to us before the booking (May 12 booked, messages sent June 19 about construction for June 26-29 booking)

The hotel was clean and staff were great. With the current construction, some temporary amenities are poor, however overall great stay

Although we were only in town for 1 evening for a Giants game the hotel was fantastic, even with the renovations going on. The room itself was clean, beds were very comfortable, and there were amenities included that aren’t typically offered with your typical hotel (Nespresso Machine and Robes). The bar was a great atmosphere in the evening. The best part of our stay was the staff. From the moment we arrived at the valet we were greeted with smiles and amazing service.
