The room was really clean and the breakfast was over priced and not good

Comfortable and functional. Staff understood my needs and were very helpful. They made my business trip enjoyable.

The ground floor is undergoing construction but absolutely no complains. Clean rooms and friendly staff.

Seems to be in transition at the moment to the W. Construction made it a bit difficult to get to but the location is very good and it’s right next to the Museum of Modern Art. Staff were very friendly and helpful. Parking is valet only. The metro station is not very far from the hotel and is very reliable. Free breakfast is provided by the hotel.

Bedside tables were too small, lobby renovation was supposed to be complete and wasn't. You can't change the TV channel from the bed, you have to be 4-5 feet away to change the channel, volume or turn it off.

Hotel was under construction during our stay and the main lobby was closed off. This included the main lobby bar. The bar had been relocated to the second floor lounge but felt very awkward and out of place. The whole experience would have been palatable except that I was not notified of this until a couple of days before my trip. Which made me feel like I was set up for a less than expected experience.

Clean room

Property was very clean and very nice and the staff was very friendly and helped where they could. The building itself was under construction so a lot of the amenities weren’t available not the staff’s fault or anybody other than the fact that the building was under construction so things like breakfast and restaurants were not available. Also certain other features were not available as well, but it’s not the staff’s fault they did an amazing job with what they had place was very clean, and everyone was extremely friendly.

Staff was great, I would definitely stay here again if given the opportunity.

I booked this place because I believe that it would be a wonderful experience for me for my birthday weekend a few days before I was scheduled to be at the hotel. I received an email from management stating that they were doing some renovations and that the hotel would not have some amenities that I specifically Reserved it for I then said well I do not want to stay here and attempted to cancel my reservation, they still charged me after they told me that they would check to see if that was an option because of my reason in the end, they attempted to charge me and did not get their funds. Needless to say, but for this reason I am giving this review Lack of communication

currently, no restaurant or bar due to construction but will probably not stay there again! This was my third stay this year and just not what it used to be!

Wonderful hotel with great service.

Everything about this hotel was great. The only thing I didn’t appreciate was when we pulled into the valet parking area, we found out it was $97 for the night! I don’t recall ever reading anything about the cost of parking when I made the reservation. I didn’t appreciate being blindsided like that upon arriving.
