Great location
-
Very clean and well maintained hotel in a great location. I would stay there again.

No room service. I attempted to call the front desk for service multiple times but got no answer. Had to go down to the lobby to request basic amenities such as clean towels and coffee. Items were sent to my room later on that day while I was out. When I expressed my disappointment at check out. The employee at the front desk showed no empathy and stated they could not do anything to make up for their failure. I had booked through a third party (Expidia) and they could not do anything for me.

Staff helped me get around by telling me about the public transport system
-
would like some kind of compensation/refund because I would have paid more to stay somewhere else.

Staff was available.

Great hotel

There was a blood or poop stain on the bathroom floor in front of the toilet. Didn’t notice it until the middle of the night. Went to the front desk to inform them and get some disinfectant. Was too tired to change rooms and my wife was sound asleep. Man at front desk offered to change the room but it was nearly 2 AM. I had an early medical appointment at UCSF and was tired. When we checked out, no one at the front desk mentioned the poo stain, which was upsetting but didn’t have time to deal with it. Now at UCSF post surgery with plenty of time so here I’m am. I have pics of the stain. Even holiday inn would have handled it better than just ignoring it.

Comfortable, clean, and great sized room. Would stay again! Can be somewhat loud from noise from the street depending on time of day.

The hotel has no restaurant, but 2 bars where only one serves food - the rooftop bar. The second bar has no menu, and closes early. The rooftop bar gets very loud in the evening with music, drinks, dancing, and parties from the outside. The food service stops at 10:30 pm, even though the bar is open till 1 am. After that, one can't find any food in the entire hotel, not even chips or nuts at the bar, or from a vending machine. Some bottled water is available for purchase at the roof top bar, there was one choice only. A small coffee shop on the street level closes early, coffee and snacks seemed poor. Overall, choices for dining and relaxation are limited. From the hotel web site description we expected better quality experience and amenities.

Room is small but clean and the view is lovely. The shower smelled a little musty and our bathroom either didn’t have a fan or it didn’t work. But overall a cute little place conveniently located. Would absolutely stay again.
-
It was a little odd, our bed was just made with flat sheets? It's in a great location, the staff was really nice and helped us out a ton with early check in and luggage storage. I loved that they had coffee in room and we had a cafe on site too.
