Once we finally checked in, the TV didn’t work. We asked for someone to come take a look while we dined at Shelby’s. And of course no one ever came. There were no waters in room for purchase, none the less as a gesture. Waking up to no TV and waters for a cheap coffee was not how I wanted to spend a slow morning. Canopy was a complete disappointment! Although, I would definitely return to Shelby’s, unfortunately we will never stay at Canopy ever again.

Awesome property. The rooftop bar was awesome. Will definitely stay here again.

clean and neat rooms. We stayed two nights there was no cleaning done in our room .

Everything was really nice in room and elsewhere Refrigerator wasn't cooling in room

The only complaint I have is that my espresso martini was not the best 😂 Otherwise, I absolutely adored this hotel. It was super clean, well-organized and the staff was helpful in making sure check-in and check-out was the smoothest I ever had. Thank you!

What worked: Very comfortable beds and pillows; good use of limited space, the vanity area with the stool was a nice touch. The smeg fridge is cute but tiny. I feel catfished as the online photos are not an accurate representation of the room. I paid extra for a landmark view thinking I would have a room higher up with a view of the bridge or coit tower- instead we were in the 3rd floor directly outside of the elevator and our landmark view was of the building across the street. The beds look tiny and are practically platform beds they are so low to the ground. The room itself is a narrow hallway that leads to the bed with barely enough room to walk around it. Customer service was almost non existent at check in. We had to stand at the counter almost 5 minutes while waiting for the two associates to finish their personal conversation about TV shows while standing in front of us without acknowledgment. We didn’t even get so much as a hello afterwards, the check in process had the warmth of a traffic stop: License, credit card, you’re on the 3rd floor. They were more responsive by text luckily, but I expected more for $270 a night.

Hotel and it was clean and nice as were the staff

No parking available

The room was perfect. The beds were so comfortable. The shower had the best water pressure. It was exactly what we needed. We both slept in until about 9am because we had such a great night of sleep. The hotel had a great smelling diffuser throughout. All was well.

The coffee shop was closed 2 of the 3 days we were there because they couldn't find staffing. This was not the hotel staff's fault but made more work for them and an inconvenience for guests.

No parking available within a couple of blocks and parking garages and handicap street parking are unsafe. Broke out back window and stolen my luggage and offered no assistance to report damage or contact the police.
-
The room looked modern. The lighting was nice, they had a usb outlet and a big window. The shower water temperature kept fluctuating, very loud street noize despite being on the 10th floor, someone was moving furniture till like midnight above us.

The staff was great however there many small things that I won't be repeating my stay. The room was clean and well equipped with all the normal hotel amenities but no microwave. The rooms were very clean but are significantly smaller than other places I've stayed. The furniture layout is very thoughtful but in the smaller space, it leaves very little walking room. The shower and toilet are separate which is a great feature. The down side is that the shower is a wet room style so you have no place to set your clothes or towel without getting it wet. The biggest complaint and why I would not return is that arriving at the hotel is very difficult. If your lucky a space will be available on the curb but if not, your stuck circling the block, or walking in from another street. Also parking was sold out so I had to park overnight at the Mascone parking lot a block over. It's probably a better deal than the hotel parking fee and several other visitors were commenting on how long the wait was to get their car from the valet service.

Location was great. Hospitality was great. House keeping was knocking at 930 and even opened my room door. Luckily I had the deadbolt on otherwise it would’ve been worse. I don’t understand why since it was t even close to checkout. Also, The hotel either didn’t have enough parking to accommodate the amount of rooms or they sold the rooms separate to event goers.

Great stay!

Rude staff and not helpful at all. The bar staff kept staring at my party in a weird way so we left feeling uncomfortable. They kept talking about us pointing fingers. I wish they would have told us what the issue was.

Location Staff was rude, not helpful at all. Made a rsvp at the rooftop restaurant that they ‘lost’ and I didn’t get a table. Valet took forever. It was one of the worst experiences of my life. I cried a little.

This hotel was amazing! From the walk in shower, to the ceiling to floor windows, to the comfortable bed. Everything was A1! I wish I could have stayed longer
