Clean rooms, helpful staff and awesome amenities

The staff, the room and the location were great. They offer valet parking.

Beautiful hotel in a great location. Staff was super friendly. We got in to SF early in the morning, and they were great about checking our bags and starting the process of getting a room ready. We were able to do some early exploring while we waited. The room was spacious and had great views. The bed was super comfortable, too. Bottled water was available at the front desk for free whenever we needed.

Great location of the hotel, nice staffs. The facilities appear to be outdated a bit. Other than that everything is good.

The only thing we found a bit disappointing about this hotel is really beyond their control which is the surrounding neighborhood. The hotel is located in an area that has a pretty significant homelessness issue and we did not feel safe walking around there after dark. This led us to use our car more than we would have liked in a city that is well known for an abundance of public transportation. For business travelers or adult couples it is not a big problem those traveling with children might do better to stay somewhere closer to Nob Hill or the waterfront.

its okay, i submitted a requestto make it special on arrival as it was my son’a bday, hotel responded that their guest relation will handle it. Unfortunately nothing was prepared even a welcome card.
