Cleaning team was very loudly banging carts and stuff in the hallway and it being an older building wasn’t very sound proof

The location was excellent and the hotel is in excellent shape. The style of the architecture and fixtures, along with the cleanliness of the room and comfort of the beds were highlights. The staff was very helpful and friendly, and the daily wine/martini tastings were a nice bonus! There was some noise late at night from the outside, but nothing too out of the ordinary for a downtown location. We would definitely return.

We loved everything about our stay at Galleria Park! The location was perfect for us; close to a bunch of areas but also a little tucked away where we didn’t hear any street noise while resting. We cannot wait to come and stay on our next trip!

Staff was excellent and rooms were spotless. Only gripe is that the outside road noise and garbage trucks/street sweepers at 3am are very loud. Not much to be done about it though Would absolutely stay here again

short stay got the job done. that elevator made me uncomfortable it feels like its going to break down at any minute. There are no curtains on the windows and the shutters suck

This hotel has a great location. Near the Bart, close to Union Square with shops and restaurants, and an easy walk to the Embarcadero and Financial District. The room was clean and comfortable, staff is great. We also enjoyed the access to an outdoor space off the 3rd floor. There was our second stay, and we would stay here again.

Our room was clean and comfortable, we even received a welcome bottle of wine upon our arrival. We’ll definitely be staying here again!
