Nothing Small room , small bed no air conditioning elevator not working
-
Oh and there is no AC in the rooms. Had to sleep with windows open in a city ( you can bet how much sleep I got! ) 👎👎👎👎
-
amazing stay and awesome place to stay.
-
Incredibly friendly staff and super location
-
Staff was nice. I wasn't prepared for the vintage tech: radiator for heat that I couldn't turn off, or the elevator. I see why there was a person opening/closing the doors back then.
-
location no AC only heating and it is too hot like hell inside the room that I need to open my window and hear all bypassers conversations and all kinds of outside noise.
-
lack of in room coffee maker was unusual. otherwise a clean and safe place to stay
-
There are many restaurants nearby, BART was less than a 10min walk. Very convenient
-
Good valie
-
Best,
-
The only issues were: the restroom door didn’t have a lock, there was a body hair in the “unused” coffee cup, and a bad odor in the hallways. All in all, the prices were not too bad, but the place can do better.

Nice rooms excellent value and location!! General Manager Megan was extremely kind, courteous and helpful.. will definitely book this hotel again!!!
-
Easy transportation to the entire city, rooms with just enough space to unpack and relax and two communal rooms to work, hang out, do laundry or prep food. Would highly recommend to anyone looking for a great value in San Francisco. Shout out to Meghan and Rolando for being extra helpful with check-in/out at weird hours and storing my bags for much longer than planned on my check out day.
-
For the price it is great, very handy to have a fridge in room with the shared kitchen area to reheat food and to have an ice maker there too.
-
At check-in no one was at the front counter. I had to sit and wait outside. The bathroom had mold the chemicals that they use for cleaning was very strong in the room. Luckily the windows were accessible to open to air it out the room. I asked for specific service and was denied Was told to contact management management are useless.

Good economy option for SF. Great location. Great staff. Everything clean. A little old school, but not in a bad way. Mix of residential and hotel. Great shower.
-
It was clean and with a comfortable bed ,but challenging elevator doors 😄 need two people
-
I've stayed here many times. Right when you open the door to the room, the smell of the bedding is amazing haha. Its really cozy and i love having the city feel in a smaller package. Opening the windows is awesome.
-
It’s in the middle of everything in downtown. Very convenient for commute, coffee & food.
-
Reasonable for the price, but cleanliness needs improvement. I noticed some bugs including a roach in the room.
