Great location, big room, elevator!

Horrible horrible room. Horrible front desk. The rooms are so out dated and bathrooms are dirty as hell. My stepson has bug bites all over him from what I hope is not bed bugs. But looks like the bite pattern. There is no ac or anything besides a window that barely cracks open. The beds and pillows suck. I will be requesting my money back and looking into these bug bites. As well as the tv doesn’t even work.

Very basic accommodation, good value for the cost.

Staff was really nice. Just way different from the pictures and way too old fashioned. Elevator made me really nervous. No A/C. Felt like a motel more than a hotel but for the price it’s what you’d expect.

Stayed 3 nights friendly staff and good location right by the entrance of Chinatown but the bathroom had hair on the floor and in the shower I told the staff and they had someone do a deep clean the next morning.

Its a historic building, so the rooms look really old. I did notice hairs like other people mentioned. No ac, but was okay due to weather. Noise from outside traffic.

There’s a public garage across the street for convenient parking. The bed was comfortable, but the pillows were very thin.

Loved the location, very close to the BART train and to the public transportation.

Location was good. Room was clean. Bed was comfortable. It's an older building. Shower took a minute to get warm. But it wasn't bad.

My only problem with room was bathroom shower area there was a amount of black hair in grills ( my hair is gray) and one face towel had bad staining on

Very vintage and old but that’s what I like Only 6 channels on the smallest tv with basic cable and no microwave or ice or A/C and they charged me allot I would of rather paid an extra hundred to stay at the Hilton or Marriott
