Grant Plaza Hotel

The bathroom in the room was decently maintained, but the room as a whole was disgusting. Very dirty walls, floors, and ceilings. Bed sheets were dirty, had stains, and had writing on them (?). Bed was rock solid and not comfortable at all and the pillows smelled. You can hear everything going on in other rooms even with your door closed. I have a pretty low bar, but this was below even that. Brutal. Just spend more money and stay elsewhere.

Room was reasonably large & clean for 3 people, had extra space & table to put things. Location was excellent, right in heart of Chinatown.

The neighborhood is great, and everything in the room was clean. For the price we paid, it was worth it. The beds weren't comfortable and sank in the middle. Everything was functional, but some things, such as the bathroom, need a bit more maintenance.

Best hotel with reasonable price

Great staff who were very attentive and helpful. The hotel is centrally located and within walking distance of most attractions. Great value for money, and I would definitely stay here again. The hotel was quite noisy, both from neighbouring rooms and externally. The water pressure in the shower was also quite poor.

Clean and affordable Room view was another wall out the window. They had better views but maybe because we booked online they gave us the worst view

I had high hopes, and the hotel is located in a great area. But my first room was so incredibly small, moving about was actually hard. It’s an older building but even so, cleanliness was an issue. The major problem was when a mouse crossed my floor after about 10 min in the room. I went to the front desk and they gave me a different room. This room was not ready for occupancy. There was a layer of dust collected on the wall above the bed, and when I walked into the bathroom found a lot of long black hairs. I am bald… there was a music festival in town so rooms were unavailable in other hotels. So I wiped everything down as best I could and made the best of it. I will say, the man at the front desk was very kind, apologetic and gave a great recommendation for a restaurant. But I will look elsewhere for my next visit.

Location is great , pretty central so nothing seems too far away ! Staff were friendly and helpful :) Nothing bad in particular just an aged building .

Habitación limpia, baño limpio, excelente atención. Por mejorar: las camas muy pequeñas y no muy cómodas pero aceptable, lo peor el estacionamiento muy lejos y es algo incómodo además de que tiene precio, ósea no es gratis
