Overall a great experience. It was our anniversary and they upgraded us to a King Suite which was amazing. Only a few nits; scale in the gym was broken, our dinner menu had stains on the front, and our waitress never retrieved our bill (misunderstanding).

It is immaculately clean. As you arrive your senses awaken with delightful smell of gorgeous flowers. We stayed at the club level and loved it. Service was fabulous, they accommodated gluten free and any requests we had. Food was fresh and constantly replenished. The ladies working there are a delight. The gym is really well equipped and clean. Best hotel in SFO. Looking forward to our next Opera escape soon.
