He was very welcoming & professional & helped us check in early, with giving recommendations in the area, always greeted us, & helped us with luggage holding as our flight was delayed. The hotel is a great central location close to a variety of transit options, safe, & comfortable stay. Would recommend & stay again

The hotel is in an excellent location for visiting Chinatown, the wharf, cable car rides, and Union Square. Note that the shower floor is extremely slippery. The hotel doesn't have bath mats. Also housekeeping forgot to leave towels in the room. More staff should be hired when expecting a lot of guests. Check in was very slow.

Except location nothing was upto expectation. Breakfast is just for namesake. Room was not properly maintained, Dont know from where good reviews are coming from…

We loved how clean and well-maintained this property was! We had a great stay, but wanted to note a few things for the host: the check-in pictures sent to us were actually for the property next door, so it took us 20 minutes to get inside. The garage remote also didn't work properly, and the living room chairs need their screws tightened. Other than that, everything was excellent and spotless!

Location perfect and the staff are very friendly,y and accommodating.. Rooms a bit small but I travelled solo..no problem in size.

Great hotel. I wasn't expecting much based on past reviews; however, this place was nice. The bathroom was big, the room was average-sized, and the amenities were decent. It's also in a great location next to the Chinatown entrance, which was cool. It's also easy to get to the bus and train from there, and there are lots of food spots nearby.

Clean rooms. Great staff. Clogged shower drain.

The staff was awesome. Our stay was clean and comfortable. For an old San Fran building they cleaned it up nice. Would stay here again 100%.

I have come to sf many times within the past 6 years and have stayed multiple places , I’ve never had an issue with cards not working or staff not being helpful but this hotel was different , before my stay I received 3 messages stating my card on file wasn’t working , I called to update it and yet still received these messages even up until the day I got there and after I checked in , I spoke to a gentleman on the phone who was very unprofessional and couldn’t keep his attention onto to one customer , I was quoted 3 different prices for valet as well as 2 different prices for what my overall stay would be , now that I’ve left the supervisor Saba was amazing at the end and truly showed customer service caring for my concerns , even waiving half of some of my fees . She truly is amazing at her job and took my concerns seriously . I will return just because of her !

Good location and really pleased with the hotel. Room was quiet, bed was comfortable. A/C was a little noisy so turned it off once the room was cool enough to sleep in. Completely satisfied with stay.

Par contre si vous avez besoin d’aide avec l’équipe du soir (composée d’une jeune fille et de son apprenti) pour appeler ma compagnie aérienne… passez votre chemin. Il ne veulent même pas essayer.

Beautiful boutique hotel and across from china town and walking distance to shopping.
