Just a night before leaving SF!
-
The rooms are nice and I like the location and the property is nice but the service is just awful - my room had dirty towels and sheets and the front desk said too bad, they only clean every other day and refused to help

The room was small but clean. Staff was friendly. However, rooms are not stacked with a coffee maker (I had to request one) or a microwave so you have to rely on expensive neighborhood food. Their fitness room in the basement is horrible... it's small, dark, with stagnant air and smells like bad rubber or chemicals. Not healthy to work out in. Also, breakfast was useless since i had to leave at 5am. I stayed for the SF Marathon and not having my own food to warm up, no breakfast and a bad fitness room was not ideal. And you have to pay a mandatory amenity fee for all of these above!! Won't be staying again!

Have stayed here numerous times and have never been disappointed. The property continues to be well maintained, the staff very friendly and the wine happy hour is always a winner! Walkable to everywhere we want to go, will certainly stay here again
-
I WAS EXPECTED HOT BREAKFAST BUT HAVE FEW SWEET,AND JUICES.
-
thanks for keeping a room ready...in case my flight was canceled. That was greatly appreciated
-
Very easy check-in and checkout. Staff was extremely helpful and polite. Coffee was perfect in the am.

The complimentary breakfast was a nice bonus. There was a good selection of pastries, a coffee and tea bar, and juice. My only suggestion would be to offer a wider variety of fresh fruit. The only issue we encountered was that one of the pillows in our room was dirty. Since we arrived late, we didn't want to bother the staff that night, so I let the front desk know the following morning. They appreciated us bringing it to their attention. One of the best things about Hotel Triton is its location. It's within walking distance of many attractions, and we enjoyed exploring the area before bed. Since it was a Thursday night, most places had already closed, though there were still a couple of nearby bars open. Overall, we really enjoyed our stay and would absolutely come back. Between the artistic atmosphere, comfortable room, good breakfast, and convenient location, Hotel Triton is a great place to stay.
-
We chose this hotel because it is pet-friendly, but the overall experience was excellent, and the staff were both friendly and helpful.
-
Great downtown location, only short walking distance to Union square, which is like a city hub. Train stations also near Union square. Great cafes and restaurants nearby. Nice clean cosy hotel for short stay in downtown sf. Only downside is the toilets/bathroom is very small
-
I have to go to get my towels we have to go to the front desk to get room service every day
-
Awful service, Awful breakfast, expensive parking
-
It is a nice hotel, very clean with pleasant staff. The breakfast was disappointing as the food is very sweet pastries, some fruit and fruit juice. No protein to be found. The coffee is very good though.
-
Who wouldn't love being greeted with wine in the afternoon and wonderful pastries in the morning and near walking distance to everything.
-
Great hotel in San Francisco. Location is great, staff are friendly and helpful, very safe and accesible to all touristy location. Highly recommended!
-
Nice location, offering light breakfast is not bad. Room space is appropriate and tidy. Staffs are all friendly and helpful.
-
Great hotel in a perfect area. Friendly accommodating staff. Would love to stay here again.
-
Staff was great, it was a busy holiday weekend and they were very accommodating. Great location with easy walking to shopping and food in Chinatown. Breakfast was a grab n go type which was great for a quick snack before heading out for the day. I didn’t attend happy hour bus wished I was back in time to check it out! Valet can be expensive but there are nearby parking garages.
-
it was horrible and in the picture the room did not look that small and especially Bathroom was so small that you could not even breath and toilet and shower was literally so close that you can even turn around in the bathroom and it should be even legal to have such a small are
-
Breakfast was okay not too much variety but near by places has great options. Though you wouldn’t get coffee maker in the room but you can get it from the lobby. Nice plat to stay!
