Friendly staff, the wine happy hour was good, the room was clean and the beds were very comfortable The breakfast wasn’t breakfast, it was token sugary cakes (not pastries). You only got a room service if you asked for it but no one told us this. It claims to be a 4 star hotel but it’s definitely not

- Excellent central location, right next to Chinatown and within easy walking distance of Union Square and many other places. - The bed was comfortable, and despite all the other issues, I slept well. - The shower had good water pressure once I figured out how to use it. - I was able to leave my luggage at the hotel until the evening after check-out, which was very convenient. - The room was extremely hot and stuffy. The AC barely worked even at the lowest temperature and highest setting, and it was placed behind the curtains, so I couldn't properly close them while using it. - No bottled water, kettle, or tea-making facilities. The advertised water station was nowhere to be found, and even filling a bottle from the bathroom tap was difficult because of the tiny sink. - One bedside lamp didn't work. - The TV was very basic and not a Smart TV. - The bathroom fixtures felt old and inconvenient. The sink faucet was stiff and dripped unless positioned exactly right, and the shower controls were awkward to use. - The bathroom light automatically switched off after a few minutes, even while I was showering, so I had to get out wet to turn it back on. - Soundproofing was terrible. I could clearly hear conversations and footsteps in the hallway. - Breakfast was extremely disappointing: basically a banana, one pastry, and tea or coffee in paper cups. I booked breakfast specifically to eat at the hotel, so being told to go to a nearby café with a 10% discount was not helpful. - No regular on-site parking. Valet parking was expensive, but after arriving late with luggage, the alternative of using a separate garage and walking back was very inconvenient. Overall, there were just too many small inconveniences and poorly maintained details for a hotel in this price range, especially one advertised as a 4-star hotel.

Great hotel and experience and would definitely come again. Front desk staff, Tony, was super helpful and added to the experience. The rooms are homey, beds are super comfy, and location is the best part. Everything you need is a walk away (BART, coffee, restaurants, liquor store).

Great staff. They were helpful and always pleasant. Breakfast is suitable when you're on the go which if appropriate for me. Could use a little variety though. The room was nice and clean. Perhaps the furniture and shower could use an upgrade, but that's minor. Location and cleanliness are what counts for me.

PLEASE! PLEASE! PLEASE! Do something about the time in the entryway of the rooms. Both my daughter and I slipped and fell - with and without socks. Other than that for the most part it was pretty clean, minus the towel with yellow stains and a few on the sheets.

It’s advertised as including “breakfast”. But it’s just juice, coffee and pastries. But great location and nice vibes.

Breakfast is not appropriate. Basic continental and sweets breakfast.

The breakfast was very disappointing. It consisted of 3 types of pastry and some fruit. It was in the lobby so there was almost no place to sit down. I stayed 2 nights and no one came to make the room. The room was also very dark, and there was no door between shower and the rest of the bathroom. So the bathroom became steamy when I took a shower. For $250+ a night I expected more.

The hotel is in a great location. The majority of the staff was super helpful. The first day there there was mold in the apple strudel I took and advised the staff. They immediately took out the tray. My room had a terrible odor and I advised the staff and they said they looked into it. Overall, whatever issues i had were looked into and the location was perfect

My husband, dachshund, and I loved our stay here! The staff is friendly, the hotel was tastefully decorated, and the location was great. We will defintley stay here again in the future!

Hotel Triton was a great place to stay, rooms are spacious with good cabinet space if you wanted to unpack. One thing that sets them apart other hotels is the free breakfast and a daily happy hour in the lobby. I would definitely stay there again

Nice cute hotel close to shops, restaurants.. The staff didn’t seem eager to help with things like lack of ice, room condition. It’s good for one night stay, maximum.

Was in a great location. Shower was not clean and drain clogged with someone else’s hair. Not enough towels for the number of guests in our room. Our stay was also supposed to include breakfast. Turn out to be a grab and go breakfast but most mornings you would come down to a full lobby with people and plates piled up and nothing else left on the table.
