Hotel 32One

Rooms were clean, cleaning staff was great! Front desk staff were amazing as well, incredibly kind and helpful. Location is great, you certainly won’t run out of shops and cafes to hit. Keep in mind that you are nestled in a busy city, and there is a lot of noise outside at all times, at no fault of the hotel. We will most certainly return to Hotel 32One :)

Good location. My room was bright and clean. It’s more like a remodeled small apartment in San Francisco. Staffs are nice and helpful. Just the elevator moves a bit slow.

Hotel32one is a great place to stay in the heart of downtown San Francisco, at the edge of Union Square, the Financial District and China Town. The Hotel is newly remodeled. The rooms are small but comfortable for a couple. I'd definitely stay there again.

Very good and safe location, free coffee and tea in the lobby, renovated room Wifi connection was sometimes weak, found hair in clean towels, bedsheets..

The staff were fantastic. Very helpful and very nice. Location is great. Size of the room is great. Very close and easy walking distance to all the sites we were most interested in seeing. Easy bus and trolley access.

Excellent location in the city center. We were very satisfied with everything. The only issue was that our room was not cleaned at all during our stay. We had to get toilet paper and towels from the reception.

Brilliant location and big spacious rooms. The staff at the hotel are brilliant and very welcoming Only one small elevator for the whole hotel and if staying on high floors like the 10th floor I can be annoying trying to go to and from that floor

The hotel was clean and comfortable - nothing extremely fancy but exactly what we needed for our three-night stay with all the basic expected amenities (towels, soaps, coffee and tea). The staff was friendly and helpful and allowed us to store our luggage at the front desk before we checked in and after we checked out (for a small fee after we checked out). The location was excellent; we were within walking distance to Chinatown and North Beach, and we were also only a short walk away from numerous bus routes that allowed us to easily travel to and access other parts of the city we wanted to explore. I wish the hotel had a place to fill up water bottles - I felt like that was a very significant amenity that was missing. The bed was a little soft for my liking.

Location is great and staff were amazing. It is easy to get around the city with the cable cars, which is 2 streets away across China town. Cleaning- the floors were not vacuumed and had hair everywhere.

Location was perfect. Staffs always greet you when you arrive, friendly and helpful. Our room was spacious and clean. The only thing missing was the air-condition in the room and a water refilling station for the hotel, hopefully soon they can add that, and not just serve coffee. There’s only one elevator, so you might wait for a couple minutes. But overall, will still recommend and will still book this the next time we go back.
