This was our second stay at the Orchard Garden Hotel and we will be back. The standard rooms are very quiet, spacious, relaxing, with coffee maker, fridge and aircon. Great sleep every night! Everything is of high quality and comfort, beds, linen, toiletries, service. Location is very central, right next to Chinatown and only few mins walk from eateries and public transport. We never felt unsafe in the surrounding area. Really, what more do you need for a nice, relaxing holiday?

I loved my stay at Orchard Garden. It is conveniently located near China Town, Bart stations and corporate buildings; only a few blocks away from my Company's SF office. What I loved the most was the cleanliness and warm decor colors that made the room light up. The front desk staff was very courteous and I received a welcome text shortly after I checked in. I also received check-in texts throughout my stay. I greatly appreciated the personalized attention. Housekeeping made my bed every day so I always came back to a super tidy room. The hotel is environmentally friendly and they provide free filtered water. The staff is very responsive; I stepped outside of my room around 1:30 am to refill my water jug and was not able to get back in because my key became demagnetized and stopped working. I called the number where the welcome texts came from, and in a matter of minutes a staff member came to my rescue to unlock my room. People at the front desk were always polite and welcoming. I will definitely stay here again during my next visit to the City.

Quiet, spacious and friendly staff Parts of the hotel are a bit dated, and the roof garden was closed on the evening when we tried to go up and use it

Location is very good and felt safe. The room is a bit basic but comfortable and clean, and the staff was kind enough to help us with an amazon delivery before our arrival, which was appreciated

The hotel is in a fantastic location, making it easy to walk to Union Square, Chinatown, the cable cars, and many of San Francisco’s main attractions. The staff were outstanding throughout our stay—friendly, welcoming, and always happy to help with recommendations or any questions we had. Their service really made us feel valued. Our room was spacious, spotlessly clean, quiet, and very comfortable, providing a great place to relax after busy days exploring the city. N/A

There were tons of stains on the bathroom towels and dining room chairs.
