The staff were incredibly helpful and kind. Special shout out for the valet staff. They were the best! They helped grab my car when needed and helped me unload and load and were truly the extra hands I needed when traveling with two toddlers.

Janky feeling. Not well maintained
-
Second time staying at this hotel, the first time was in a big suite with a city view, but they have definitely upgraded the rooms. Stayed in a king size city view room this weekend, and it was definitely worth the price compared to other hotels in the surrounding area.
-
Staffs are friendly and helpful. Location was close to union square and chinatown and easy access to other tourist attractions.

Check in host was super kind and helpful he gave us an amazing rundown of the property and nearby restaurants. Valet was super knowledgeable in letting us know our different options offered with the property.

I wanted to request a lower floor. But I wasn’t successful and I got run around. That’s why I only stayed one night and I prefer staying somewhere else for the second night. I’m afraid of heights, hopefully I get a better experience next time. Thank you
