Alma at the front desk always remembers my name, works to get me an upgrade and is super professional. I've been going to this hotel for years, she is your top employee for sure. hats off to Enrique at the bar as well, knows his stuff and very personable.

Nice room but several issues: no TV remote; conditioner dispenser in shower didn't work, antiquated elevators, food at bar was mediocre, and lobby cold and drafty. On the plus side excellent number and placement of outlets for cords etc. in the room. Probably will not stay again, this was my third time.

Staff was also very friendly and welcoming. We’d absolutely stay here again.

We had a short one-night stay. Everything was great! Rooms were clean, room service was delicious

The property is lovely but the rooms are older. Our AC didn’t work the first night which made our small room stuffy. I didn’t want to report it in the middle of the night and have workers trying to fix it so we waited until the next morning when we knew we’d be out. The staff was very helpful and fixed the AC right away. The gym is nice to have but it does get crowded with the business crowd staying at the hotel. The food was good in the restaurant and the service was excellent! We ended up using our free drink tickets for lattes, but I’m sure the cocktails would’ve been great too. Overall it was a nice stay, and we walked all over so it was centrally located as well.

The room was extremely comfortable and it is easily accessible to the parts of the city we were visiting.

Great historic hotel with a wonderful top floor bar. Spectacular views and good cocktails at the Starlite.

I'm fairly picky about hotel rooms and the details, but I had a hard time finding anything less than exceptional at this place. The black out shades, the decor, the bedding - all well done. I would highly recommend it to others.

Our front desk lady was the absolute sweetest! She let us check in earlier because I had a work event at time of check in and we’re from 4 hours away. Super helpful.

I think we expected a bit more from this hotel. It was fine but it didn’t blow our minds. More of a place to put your head but not necessarily a place you go to get away.

Bathrooms are tiny. Found staff uninterested. E.g when loading suitcases into car just left them on the roadside for us to load and disappeared.

Don’t chose a high room or you will be close to nightclub on top floor. Not good for sleeping.
