Amazing staff, great location. This is a very old building so rooms and bathrooms are rather small. Walls are thin. Dog friendly. Close, and discount parking

We were on the 3rd floor 7/24/26 had to deal with a large dog in the room next to us that was barking all night long. Every time someone walked down the hallway the dog would bark. It was loud and unacceptable. This really made our stay difficult.

It's an old hotel and it feels like it. Staff was friendly and attentive. Rooms are small but the bathroom was large. Window AC unit but it cooled the room down. Not in the best part of town but not the worst either. There were some riffraff outside the building at night. My floor smelled strongly of marijuana smoke. Can't beat it for the price.

The room wasn’t bad if you’re staying for a night or two, the problem was that the staff wasn’t really nice especially the lady that checked me in, I also asked to have new bed sheets since I spilled something and they said no because the cleaning lady was done for day and everything else needed to be washed like what type of reason is that so slept on a dirty bed that night.

This was a great hotel in a great location. The only suggestion would be to provide parking directions prior to arrival.

The staff was extremely nice but my comforter was torn up in every corner. The pictures were not as accurate as possible. It was a shocker when we walked in. The bathroom and room had a lot of unfinished paint and dust.

This quaint vintage hotel is in a great location and well maintained. The staff were courteous. One thing you should know if you stay here is that there is not a refrigerator in the room. There is a microwave in the common area, as well as coffee service in the morning. The coffee maker in the room works well, too.

This hotel was in a popular location, close to union square shopping, China Town and a cable car route. The parking garage had $35 in and out parking which was very convenient for us. We were worried about the rooms being on the smaller side but found the beds to be comfortable and the rooms to be clean, the check in and out process was seamless and the staff was friendly and knowledgeable. The hotel is old and showed clear signs of this with sagging wallpaper and rusty finishes but we got a good price and were happy with our one night stay.
