Great hotel and not as expensive as other similarly higher rated hotels nearby. Easy access to bus lines or could walk to many sites. Very good breakfast in the hotel dining room. I usually don't give scores of 10 but we could not come up with any negatives from our stay here.

They did take off the upgrade charges, but we had to insist, which wasn't what we planned. We wanted a nice stay in an upscale hotel without all this drama.

We had a very nice stay in the Taj Campton Place. The staff were very helpful when we needed to unpack our luggage and return the car to the agency. The hotel is very clean. Although we did not use the breakfast, there were complementary pastries and coffee/tea provided every morning. The hotel location was great, next to shopping areas, public transport and more. The gym is also very nice with new equipment and a nice view of the city.

Staff were very friendly and welcoming, we were upgraded without asking, rooms very spacious and super comfy beds, shower was very powerful. Great location, just up from Macys and the amazing Cheesecake Factory, on the 8th floor at Macys. A short walk to Powell street for trams and trains. We opted not to have breakfast as we wanted to go to Lori's Diner for breakfast, also The Grove does very good breakfast and food. The hotels restaurant Bombay Brasserie is excellent, and the service is exceptional.I would definitely recommend dining there. Would definitely recommend this hotel. Nothing. If you needed anything e.g ice or a wine bottle opener, the hotel promptly provided them.
