The hotel was nice!
-
The Pali delivers the "cool factor" as it does across all of their properties, and he location is ideal for navigating SF with a convenient security enhanced parking lot across the street. My only complaint were the amenities. There was no creamer for coffee, no complimentary water, and the bathroom amenities were very limited.

Manager was moody and had the team on edge they seemed to be stressed as they were doing their jobs.

Great location and well appointed room. The staff were very helpful and friendly. The air conditioning struggled to do much. The room was hotter than it was outside and it was not possible to open any of the windows for natural air.

I did a last minute change to this hotel and they were so helpful and kind. I would recommend and plan on staying here again in the future.

Good location and parking garage close by We got stuck in an old elevator and eventually were let out.

I love this place!!!!!!!!! Ohshun, the front desk guy, is so welcoming, I always look forward to his wonderful smile and greeting, each time I stay here. This is my home away from home. The elevator takes like 5 business days to get down and up. And it’s the only one. It’s one of the only long standing elevators in SF that function in the way they do, so there was some understanding but also dislike

Comfortable clean stay

Everything is walking distance. Bar and restaurant inside the hotel! Shoutout to the bartender super friendly gentleman and makes some good drinks. I did not like the A/C was running the whole night. No remote control. You can easily hear people walking by and talking next door. The stairs from floors 2-6 are very squeaky, makes a lot of noise when you walk. Traffic is crazy loud at certain points of time.

Staff was so friendly and created a welcoming environment!

We visited as part of our honeymoon and the team kindly upgraded our room and gifted us with champagne which was really special. All staff were lovely, clean rooms, bar drinks were awesome and the location was close to transport and other key neighborhoods. Definitely recommend!
-
It was clean. The location was near the tunnel and under bridge so lot of homeless people were outside the hotel and at night it didnt felt safe outside the hotel. The elevator was very old. The water pressure was very low, for reference we stayed on 7th floor. There was no phone for calling reception or anything. There were very less charging outlets.

I loved the decor and the bartender Hannah in the bar went above and beyond to be helpful and made me feel welcome. There was no microwave or free water and the refrigerator was essentially unusable because it was filled with beverages for sale. The parking was also problematic. I loved the retro feel of the door on the elevator!

Great off-site parking, great location close to food and shops, great friendly staff, great cute loft-like space, great deep bathtub Barking dog in next door room

The front desk staff are absolute stars! They were incredibly friendly and went above and beyond to be helpful. The bar staff were also extremely friendly and helpful with providing their suggestions for restaurants and overall SF attractions. You can tell everyone is truly happy to be there and all guests felt it. Thank you!

The cutest hotel I’ve stayed at in a while!! Vintage vibes! The decor is so nice! The restaurant bar on the second floor is a must!! Location is great too!! Close to Chinatown! I highly recommend this place! 10/10 No complaints

Beautiful setup, clean front desk very nice, and helpful. I loved everything.

Convenient location. Rooms are nice enough but minimalist in style - no tables/surface areas to put stuff. Room was clean but both days of our stay they didn’t refresh our room - complained both days but only on the second day they found someone to refresh. Our room faced away from the street into an internal ‘courtyard’ full of pigeons who woke us up every morning at 4am. Overall, a convenient spot if you want to be central but wouldn’t highly recommend.
