Simply decorated, but very nice all round. A lovely welcome, super helpful staff throughout the stay, and always ready to help. We didn't use the bar as we were out and about, but it looked excellent....old school and full of character. If we did it all again, I would have made sure we had a cocktail in there! Would 100% stay here again if in town, was good value for money.

Location We got a queen bed room when we requested a king bed. We traveled a long day 9+ hours and even after confirming king room we got a queen room.

Amazing location walking distance one way to Chinatown and union square the other. Cool vibey hotel.

Staff was rude. They charged me extra for one extra day even though I requested a late checkout.

Room was cute and everything was cleaned and as advertised. The bar was closed at odd times and the staff did not seem to know anything about the bar hours, as if the bar and hotel were entirely separate. That may have been the case, but it would seem like front of house hotel staff should have the basic info, like if the bar is open or not.
