Good deal for the price. The room was clean

The room was clean, aside from being very small and looking nothing like the picture. Breakfast was substandard, basically a coffee machine, some fruit, toast and jam. Room was right next to a communal bathroom which got loud on occasion. Make sure when you book your room that "private bathroom" is included. 3 stars.

Couple things to keep in mind when booking this hotel. The “continental breakfast” is just bread available to toast & coffee from a machine that should probably be cleaned or a new filter. The turn down service needs to be requested. (New sheets/towels/clean room). They do have a door sign showing you’d like to room cleaned but our whole stay no one came to clean. You also have to request clean towels the day before you need them. The staff were nice about the request. Now there is no amenities really, the water machine wasn’t working, elevator could only be used with a staff member. So prepare for the stairs. In the hallways they do have windows open as the “A/C”. It was a little of putting regarding our safety but when you look out there is no visible access from people outside. There is no A/C in the rooms just a crying fan, we slept with windows open to cool down. The area was sketchy at night. Lots of homeless/drug addicts in area at night. If you don’t bother them they don’t bother you. You can also HEAR everything outside all hours. If you are a heavy sleep you could survive.

Safe. Bkfst Nothing negative I will stay there again when I go to SF I also like the part about they will go in your room and clean what you request they will disinfect they will wash. They will change your sheets. They will give you towels. You just have to ask

Good people, good channels

Loud at night but expected for the area since it's downtown. Train station is only a few blocks away which is very convenient.

El elevador no funciona y estuve en la habitación 404 y yo soy una persona ya mayor y se me complicó las escaleras.

The area is a bit questionable but the old Victorian style hotel has that old SF character. It could use a lil updating & wished the elevator worked but the staff was really nice & the overall stay was pretty good! I’d stay there again 👍
