Clean room and parking

The gentleman working the front desk was friendly and clear about the rules. I arrived about 6 PM and was lucky that there was plenty of parking spots available. Parking is located on the ground level, under the hotel.I was able to walk to a concert at The Masonic from here. While rather spartan and showing some wear, my room was as expected. My bed was comfortable and the water pressure was fantastically strong! It was a pleasant stay and I'll stay here again. There are a lot of street people in the area. I knew this about the area and have never had an issue with a single person over perhaps a half a dozen stays. The parking garage smelled of urine and on Saturday morning, a loud pressure washer was being used to clean it up. While one side of my king mattress was comfortable, the side away from the wall was showing some serious wear. Overall, the room shows a lot of wear but I was expecting that for the price I paid.

10 min walk from Chinatown. The location as a whole was bad as there were lots of drugged and homeless people on the streets and in the way to bus stops. The place was decent with parking space and relatively cheap.

I arrived at 2:30 PM, just 30 minutes before the 3:00 PM check-in time, and had to wait standing because the reception area had no chairs. The room was never cleaned or organized during my stay. Used towels were not exchanged, but after informing the front desk, I was simply given new towels and had to carry them myself to the third floor. The Wi‑Fi was very slow, frequently disconnected, and unreliable. Overall, I do not recommend this place.

It was decent but I would never stay again. The parking is included but it's pretty open and it has bars that separates it from the sidewalk where about 12 homeless people were at the whole night. We didn't leave anything in the car because it did not feel safe. The parking lot smelled like urine. Room was clean but the

The hotel was what you get for the price. The building is in downtown surrounded by homeless and I wouldn’t recommend walking at night. The garage entrance is open and anyone can come in and out. However, the staff were nice and the rooms were of decent size. We only stayed for one night and wanted to be close to everything, it worked out perfectly for us.

Nothing Everything

"Don't judge a book by its cover"—that’s how I’d describe the hotel. The surrounding neighborhood is a bit sketchy, sure, but it is San Francisco, after all. The room was nice and clean. My only issue was that I arrived very early, and the hotel doesn't have a room to store luggage while waiting for check-in; the guy working there wasn't very helpful regarding the bags, either. I'm not sure if I'd stay there again.

From the outside looking in, I am surprised I stayed here. I was sketched out with the homeless people and graffiti on the windows, however, you must have a room key to use the elevator which felt like a safety net. Once we got to the room, it wasn’t as bad as I was thinking it was going to be. The bed was hard as rock to sleep on but everything else was just fine for our short stay. It was not luxurious but I didn’t expect it to be. I would say if any improvement can be made, it would be to get better mattresses or a pillow top.

Room amenities included microwave, mini fridge, iron, blow dryer, ac/heater, tv, ice bucket, bath towels (bring your own bathing toiletries). Property snd room was alright for the price. Biggest draw back the tenderloin be the tenderloin. The street noise level is 24 hrs. Thankfully a good nite out drinking and a lil tv put me to sleep.

Exceptional

Went to SF for outside lands 2026, this place was close to the festival which was nice and there were a lot of food options within walking distance. It was what we needed but was gross. It was gross. The sheets were stained and there were either dead bugs or dirt in the sheets. Not enough towels and not great towels. The tv didn't work one of the nights we stayed. Other guests were very loud.

Location was shady but inside the building was nice. The gentleman at the front desk was very nice and helpful. The room was extremely spacious, although it didn't have many amenities for a longer stay, but since we only stayed the night, it was a really good hotel for the price.
