In a heavily homeless area. The bed was the worst I've ever slept in. Didn't use any of the amenities-if they had any. I'm not sure. Just needed a place to crash after the basketball game, was a pretty sketchy neighborhood.

The area is a bit run down with unhoused people sitting/hanging around on the side of the hotel talking very loud

great stay

This hotel offers spacious, clean, no luxury rooms. However, the free parking and having a clean microwave and refrigerator and shower water pressure were awesome. It is in the Tenderloin area which was across the street from a rehab hotel/apartment. We didn’t feel comfortable going out walking at night due to the neighborhood. There was a security guard on duty which helped our sense of safety. The WiFi connection was horrible, not advisable if you’re expecting to have a stable connection.

All-in-all, if the price point was similar to what we paid this time, we would stay here again.

Good and clean space will go again

This is by far the worst hotel and experience I've ever had since joining Hotels!! The description was HIGHLY misleading!! Not once did any description of this hotel mention there was SECTION 8 HOUSING AND DISTRIBUTIONS within rooms there!! The rooms and bathrooms smelled moldy. There were a ton of flies throughout the hallways! I don't even want to get into the horrible surroundings outside the hotel, including naked homeless. We didn't stay. We left immediately! DO NOT STAY HERE!

Kind of sketchy part of town, but hotel is clean, felt updated, bed comfortable. FREE PARKING in garage.

The hotel is extremely safe and they put endured safety. Parking garage, elevator (room key needed) to access rooms, rooms are clean, bars walking distance. 10/10 would book again! Also Pete and his dog are so sweet.

Come for the free parking, stay for the crackheads screaming outside your window all night.
-
It was fine. The neighborhood is a little ugly but safe. Inside was clean. Always got parking spot for the car and that’s good.
-
The staff was friendly I did not like having people in the halls shooting up, hearing the people outside at all hours, walking to the parking lot being asked if we wanted to buy drugs or looking for a good time, the smell of the room was horrific (moldy smelling), the key cards had to be repeatedly replaced because they wouldn’t work, and we could not walk anywhere around the vicinity without fearing for our lives.
-
Absolutely unsafe neighborhood with stay completely aware and not accepting of refunds once you see the location. The hotel looked vacant, dirty, and fast to accessible to the horrible location.
-
Lots of homeless people around but not a problem. Had a Great time in the city!!!

This is the most dirty hotel I have ever seen with lots of homeless outside. We stayed two nights and the lady receptionist said they only change towels and bedsheets once every two days. I walked early around this motel in the morning and everywhere on the sidewalk were filled with human waste. You do not see that in the third world countries.

There were also several issues in the room, including non-working lamps and no iron available. I regret not researching the property more thoroughly before booking. I would not recommend this place to anyone sensitive to cleanliness, odors, or allergies. The management should seriously improve the maintenance and hygiene standards of the property.
