There wasn’t a breakfast included. It was located across the street from the hospital that I needed treatment at so it was very convenient for me to access.

Renovated nicely Paper thin walls, only one window opens, no pool, expensive compared to other nice properties.

Location; near the hospital The fact that the staff did not honor my discount even though it was recommended by the hospital to stay there. I was a patient of the hospital and needed a place to stay overnight before the day of procedure.

The security gates in the parking lot. Our pull out mattress was dirty, the sheets were from the previous renter. Not what we wanted at 12 am traveling with a tired family.

Very nice! Location is everything, and this was a medical visit for the hospital right across the street so very, very convenient. Staff very helpful, including when our stay had to be extended a day at the last minute-they were very accommodating, getting us another night and not having to switch rooms. The room was very nice, clean and comfy. And if you want to eat close-Tommy’s Joynt-a classic San Francisco Hauf brau-possibly one of the last remaining, is right across the street. The Mel’s kitchen on site is just OK… good in a pinch and a little pricey for that type of place even in San Francisco, but only in a pinch.

The staff were wonderful. So nice, helpful and accommodating. The location was perfect for the reason I was in the city. Price was a little steep. Couldn’t get the fan in the bathroom to work.
