Rooms facing the streets can be very loud at all times, specially at night. Feels like the windows are wide open. If you want a quiet room ask for the interior part of the building. The “breakfast option” is misleading, it’s just some pastries and a few fruit options. Coffee machine, water and juice. There are plenty of actual restaurants attached to the hotel and a short walking distance away.

If you have a street room, you will unfortunately be able to hear everything so if you’re a light sleeper, you’ll be in for a rough night. Other than that, the stay was fantastic. It’s in a walkable area, if you choose to walk, otherwise Muni is super close as well.

I really enjoyed my stay and the staff was so friendly and helpful. My only issue is the plumbing of the shower but the staff did do their best to accommodate us.

Great quick stay!

It was clean and comfortable!

The room was super cute!! The shower was AMAZING!! The location was great and there was a ton of restaurants around. It also wasn't far from the tourist stuff. The parking was little confusing, but we figured it out. Would definitely stay again.

Lo que no me gustó fue el aire acondicionado y la televisión que tuvo una falla

The room was clean and comfortable. The clerk at the check-in desk was courteous and helpful. Because we had to leave very early in the morning, the parking garage was not an option (it was not open early enough for us to get our car out). We ended up parking overnight on the street for free, which worked because we had a handicap placard, otherwise we would have had to pay for the street parking.

Very easy to get anywhere in the city
-
Valet was $58. There was no parking on the street. There was a lot of homeless outside on the street.
-
Shower worked well - like the overhead showerhead Love 24 hour coffee available in lobby Good location - accessible to everything
-
Not the greatest area but you’re out exploring anyways so we had a nice time
-
No freezer and slipper

The experience was extremely disappointing. The hotel looked nothing like the photos online. The room was much smaller than expected, and the TV didn’t even work.To make matters worse, the only parking option was valet, which cost an $58 cost.

It is listed as 4-star. It is a 2-star at best. Someone needs to correct the star ratings.

Lovely modern furnishings in the room. Even though the rooms are small, they provide as much as possible like places to hang clothes. Staff were really friendly with any queries I had. They also offered me a street or quiet room which I loved! The cable service went down across the entire hotel which was annoying during the World Cup for watching games (didn't want to frequent the bars nearby, too pricey and Tenderloin not great for a solo female traveler wandering at night time) but they were able to provide some alternatives through the smart TV features. Internet reception was spotty in the room at times.
-
Be prepared to either valet park or use a parking garage.
-
Never tried it. But coffee was great. Room was pretty small. And had a big bed. They shouldnhave used a twin bed so room can have more space.
-
You get what you pay for. The property is not well maintained but the location was good for our trip.
