Ok here is the scoop. Was verrrrry thankful for the free parking as San Francisco has most properties with very high cost for parking. The location was walking distance from where we stayed. The room was lovely, The design was much nicer than expected for a cheaper hotel. I would definitely stay here again. Now the not so good news. There are only about 13 parking spots. I stayed on a Monday so parking was readily available. The location is walking distance from many nice restaurant (that were also priced well). Here is what you need to know. You are in an area that you have to watch out for human and dog feces on sidewalk. Many homeless and prevalent drug use. With that said... my husband and I walked and walked and looked at the sites and went to a restaurant. Was never scared, and nobody, not one time came up to us for any reason. Just be aware of your surroundings like you would any place you visited.

It's a 2 star in a tough area. So just come prepared with that in mind .

This property is in a depressed neighborhood, lot of homeless openly using drugs. The lobby is closed and you must speak with the clerk through 2 inch bullet resistant glass. We saw syringes in the parking lot. Needles to say we left the property immediately and booked another hotel. We did not receive any refunds for our two night reservation.

Outdoor staircase was littered with someone’s dirty clothes and toiletries. Staff was not in a hurry to clean it. Bathroom tub/ shower was discolored. Did not use.

Well for one it was such a hassle to get parking and then it was hard for me to even get checked in. The guy in the front was some what helpful but his attitude was just sooooo off. there were ants everywhere and none of the soaps in the bathroom were full, it was all empty. Overall it was a horrible experience. Emailed them way prior about trying to get a refund for it or a change in dates but no one ever responded. there is NO WIFI. also charged me for a friend that stayed for maybe an hour even though i went down and told him l.
