The location was good but not very secure to be outside at night The room smells like very olde place no air

We stayed for 2 nights. It was perfect, great location very close to a lot of the fun attractions. I recommend it! We Would define stay there again 😊

Rooms were clean and comfortable.Water pressure was excellent

We were leaving on a cruise the following day and it was very convenient to get to the cruise terminal. The room was comfortable and it was quiet. The complementary breakfast was very good. Also good variety. Staff was great and helpful. I'm parking was free at the property.

Front desk staff was nice, friendly and respectful. I had a concern about my room after checking in so when I talked to the front desk staff, she was very understanding that it had already happened before my check in. Thank you!!

I am so thankfull with the staff and completely satisfied with the service. Parking space for free and the included breakfast are great! specially in a city like San Francisco. Breakfast includes eggs, sausages, potatoes, waffles, pastries, different kind of cereals, milk and a variety of coffee. Bathroom neatly clean, beds more than comfortable, quiet, coffee and tea in the room. More than worthy!

The parking area is small and insufficient for all the cars.

Only setback was the windows were not that well insulated sound wise. Traffic around was not at all heavy but the occasional car/motorcycle with the noisy engine does get through. If you’re a light sleeper, I would suggest asking for a room on the inside not facing the street.

The staff were all lovely and really helpful. Sadly the location is what lets the hotel down and they can't do anything about this. Walking down to the Civic Centre was fine but some of the other streets were full of homeless people and it some of the things were hard to see. Def taxi back at night.

I was told to put 287.50 deposit down and never got it back...... Never damaged anything in the hotel and left it very clean.

The door on the room was not sealed properly so all the noise came right inside along with the light. The windows were not sealed properly either and were extremely loud. The location had tons of homeless people around and the shower head was coming out of the wall. I would not recommend this place to anyone unless they absolutely had to stay here.

Rooms were clean, staff were very helpful and friendly. Parking was a bit tight. Breakfast was ok, the normal choices you get.

Exceptional

No in off parking places. Plus the garage only has 1 enter/exit and it's closed at 9pm. What's happening if we have a emergency?.

Free parking and breakfast nothing

The bed was really comfortable. The breakfast was good. The area was a bit sketchy at night. The parking was a bit strange and limited.
