Property location is very on a very noisy street and also full of homeless around there, other them property is a good.

It was in a convenient location. Easy in and off the highway. The bathroom had hairs all over the floor. They have been there for sometime. I get hairs may end up left behind but when you can tell they’ve been there for a while that gets to be concerning.

Front desk service was combative. Claimed they could not make a change with the reservation, but then finally did…so they lied.

It’s a really nice area and has many good spots nearby. Love that it has it’s own parking space. Elevator is somewhat small but we managed to fit it our double stroller.

Clean facilities and great location to get to anywhere in the city. At night it felt a bit unsafe in the area.

Night Staff was friendly! Room was immaculate. Breakfast service was disappointing. The tables were full of people with empty plates and we were turned away and told we had to make to-go plates. Recommend the staff ask people to leave the dining area once they’re done eating.

Close to many restaurants and bars, and not too far from the Fillmore. Free, safe parking and a decent full breakfast. Rooms are newly renovated. Does not apply

On top of that, the room was lacking basic necessities. There were no soaps provided, which is something you expect as a bare minimum when staying at any hotel. It made the whole stay feel cheap and neglected. The surrounding area was also very uncomfortable, with a noticeable homeless presence all around the property, which made me feel unsafe. Overall, the hotel is poorly maintained, badly organized, and far from what I expected. I was extremely disappointed with my stay and will definitely never return.
