The hotel was very clean, room is spacious, and comfortable. The room was well-maintained, with plenty of space to relax and move around. Everything felt fresh and inviting, and the overall stay was very pleasant. I would definitely recommend this hotel and would happily stay here again!

The waffles for breakfast were good, The fentenyl capital of San Francisco, a sketchy area, the air conditioning was ordinary, the towel rail fell off the wall, but they never came to fix it, it would take 2 minutes to fix, they lost the key to the rooms safe so we could not use it,

Hotel surroundings not so good. Not in a good neighborhood. Breakfast was decent. Staff was helpful. Longer than normal waits for elevator. Parking very tight.
