Location Mold in the bathroom, stuffy/humid air in the room, SUPER noisy, housekeeping vacuuming at 7am and hitting the door
-
It was reasonably close to the areas we wanted to go to and had restaurants a block away. There was a parking facility next door that was reasonably priced. Our room was close to the elevator. They offered coffee in the lobby. Very nice, helpful sta Lot of outside noises - banging throughout the night. Very small elevator which was not quite level with floor - had to watch step about 1". Toilet paper roll almost too far from toilet. Small person or child probably could not reach it.

clean, everything works, good price, nice people all good

Hotel did not give me a receipt for my stay or my $100 deposit. The afternoon front desk guy would not let me use the microwave. Only the graveyard front desk guy allowed me to use microwave. Very noisy outside in middle of night
-
Helpful gentleman at front desk to check in. Nice lobby. Price for two night stay in San Francisco was good. Refrigerator in room. Coffee maker in room would've been nice.
-
You can tell it was remodeled. Small beds, dirty, no conditioner, two pillows, thin blanket, scary elevator, run down area, nasty area.
-
Friendly staff, overall clean room Neighborhood, lack of A/C
-
Staff was very helpful Elevator only worked 1 day out of 3. Room floor creaked as if it were going to collapse into room below.
-
Very old and outdated, no air conditioning, very noisy,$30 to park in an unsafe area, broken ice machine only located in the creepy basement of the hotel. Many many homeless people laying around out front of the hotel, even urinating outside of the hotel. ....faulty elevator. This hotel is a joke and i would never advise anyone to stay here. We went to the Chelsea inn the next day and that was a so much better hotel.

They helped me out with a great room
-
Friendly staff, good character I have never stayed in a hotel with walls so thin. I could clearly hear the conversations happening on both rooms around me... sounded like they were centimeters away. Same for hall noise-every door slam rattled the room. Neighborhood was vry sketchy.

Location No

The bed was nice and very comfortable. It was clean. The location was bad. Also the elevator was broken. What if we were handicap and had a wheelchair. We wouldn't of been able to get up to our room and wouldn't of known about until we got there.
-
The staff were polite. room was in extremely poor condition, extremely dated. It smelt and felt unclean and dusty. needs a deep clean and redecorating. The photos have been extremely edited and do not portray what this hotel really looks like. The location is also very unsafe.
-
The room was fine for 1 night. The bathroom was clean and good water pressure. hotel is across from a homeless shelter and methadone clinic. The neighborhood is bad. There was no bottom sheet on the bed. There was an old contact lens on the pillow.
