The room was okay

The room and the front desk staff were fantastic! The room was lovely and comfortable and it was great to have water and coffee available both in the room and in the lobby. Unfortunately the restaurant/bar in the hotel was closed when I was there (which I was counting on) and there are not a lot of classic San Francisco restaurants nearby. The location is ok for bus routes and walking but is a bit off the beaten path. I’d stay there again if I couldn’t get something in a better location. Many thanks to the lovely staff who made it a good experience!

A bunch of homeless people and were yelling throughout the night.

checking in was a breeze, staff at the counter were very helpful and friendly valet only. and it's expensive. and no swimming pool

Place is great. Beds are too loose, you sink all the way down just by sitting on them

They do have a in house restaurant which is near empty (both days we were thr)… they do provide coffee all day long at the lobby and cookies in the evening. Verdict - I will skip this hotel just because of the homeless activity right by the property and the uphill climb back to hotel. Otherwise its a standard Marriott property.

Good value for what it is, everything is in good condition, bottom of the beds head rest is pretty dirty. Staff friendly and helpful

Good located, the hotel however disappointed us. First, we asked for a beautiful view, but I saw some ruined buildings from my window, not street. Second, I requested a high floor, but the time I arrived at the hotel it was full, and my request was not satisfied. The room was small, it’s ok, but the bathroom was not very clean.

Staff are friendly and very accommodating

clean room, staff was friendly Close to everything, convenient to walk to restaurants and convenient stores. Cons: 1. no microwave in the room, had to use communal microwave downstairs behind the front desk 2. valet parking only. Paid around $88 per day in/out privileges. It takes too long to get car ready.

We are so happy we found this hotel for our trip! The staff was extremely friendly, Edmund and Eugene were exceptionally helpful with both navigating the area and helping with our oversized vehicle in the valet parking lot. Very attentive and friendly staff all around. The valet set up was a huge blessing and we felt safe and secured leaving our car there. This hotel is located in a good location to the main shopping Square area and we were able to walk all around, down to Chinatown and back up, with no concerns. Bars around the area were also fun and friendly.
