Hotel Julian

Poorly ventilated and older building. Pictures look good but in reality it’s not the same. I didn’t try amenities but everything something was cooked in the restaurant the smell and smoke was coming through

If you want a spacious and clean room near all that’s happening in the heart of San Francisco, this hotel does the trick. The stairs and hallways leading to your room are a little vintage but once you are in the room, the walls are thick, the bed is comfortable and the amenities are contemporary. I would recommend this.

AWESOME hotel - great staff, quiet place!

Great stay! The staff was helpful & accommodating. The property & rooms were well maintained & clean.

Sq footage was good for the deluxe king. Relatively clean, but housekeeping needs to be more thorough with the bathroom. The shampoo, conditioner, body wash should be screwed to the rear of the shower and not glued to the side. Lacking a refrigerator, microwave, and airport shuttle. The staff were very friendly and the stay was a very good value otherwise.

Great rooms and location. This is my second stay. Comfy bed. The "breakfast" in the morning needs a little work. Not very helpful worker there. No clear indication of how it works and he was not happy to be there or explain anything.

Everything was great. Staff were helpful and kind. Located in a great spot close to everything and was very clean.

Loved staying here. Clean room, clean lobby. Helpful, friendly staff. The bartender wasn’t my favorite but there’s a great dive bar down the street and lots of other places to drink in the city. Planning another stay soon.

Very lovely old hotel and the bar tender our first night was wonderful

Staff were helpful at checkin $45 a night to park the car a few blocks away was a expensive but safe and secure surprise

Angel at the front desk was very friendly and hospitable. The bartender Michael was very talented. The group of us had a lovely night.

It would really be nice if the rooms had a small frig and maybe a microwave. Love, love, love the rooms. The beds and pillows are soooo soft. The best sleep I've had in ages. .
