Amazing hotel. Will definitely revisit

Beautiful and clean property. Very comfortable beds.

Fairmont added a resort tax at check-in, basically an extra $45 daily added to the room fee for services that you're not using and can't get back.

Staff, bar, restaurant, and lobby are wonderful. Everyone was extremely helpful and accommodating. Food is overpriced especially with the added gratuity, hotel fee, and admin fee for in-room dining. Parking at 90 per night is outrageous. Also not sure what the “resort fee” is for, there’s no pool or similar amenities; this is not a resort. Our room smelled of cigarette smoke and rug had lots of stains, probably the original from 60 years ago. I’ll try other spots before coming back here.

The Staff at the Fairmont was incredibly friendly, a truly memorable experience. Our room was haunted by a hunchback looking ghost, we understand the hotel is old and historic, still worth the stay.

Staff was friendly, very accommodating and were a pleasant experience to deal with. Room was immaculate and the shower products are top tier. Appreciate them for being flexible with late check out too!

Everything was great except for the fridge. There was no room to put anything in there.

Extremely Pleased!

For our four night trip, we booked a double queen room and when we checked in we were sent to room 160 which is on the Mezzanine floor, just one level above the lobby. The room itself is HUGE, and the white marble (recently renovated) bathroom with an oval free standing tub, water closet, and large stand-up shower was one of the largest and nicest that I've experienced. There were plenty of fluffy and soft white towels which we appreciated. The beds were comfortable and the round windows in both the bedroom and the bathroom were a unique architectural touch. Honestly, I really liked the room itself, however, there were issues. The vent by the door was loud and the sound of the nearby elevator was constantly making a loud whirring sound throughout the night, the ceiling vent in the water closet was CAKED with dust, and it was really gross, and hard not to notice. There was no mini-bar, and there were also no robes.
