Great stay at a beautiful property.
-
Beautiful historical hotel, staff friendly and helpful. Rooms were spacious.
-
You should definitely stay here! Besides the fact the architecture is awesome, the room service is delicious! Staff is all nice & helpful. Beds are hella comfy! No complaints!
-
Our stay was short, just one night, but the care and attentiveness from the check in experience forward made it a perfect end to our vacation!
-
The staff was amazing w the exception off one surly waiter in the dining area/bar area We were there from 8:15- 10 ish last night. He acted like we were putting him out and the service was so slow. He got mad when I asked him if we could order off the bar menu after 9. I was shocked since all other staff was so good.

Very clean and perfect room! Cameron of the front desk was excellent. The room that we have is perfect for our wedding prep and pictures.. Great view of the golden gate, alcatraz and bay bridge from left to right.. It was a nice and great experience! Thank you Fairmont! :)

Location (during daylight). Night time is scary to no fault of the hotel. Staff were kind and helpful. The property is in desperate need of a renovation. The rooms and furniture are exceptionally old and no matter how many times they are cleaned it still feels dirty and doesn’t smell good. Extremely disappointed given the cost. For example, the bathtub was rusted. It felt like we just didn’t want to touch anything. If we didn’t spend so much per night I wouldn’t care to mention anything but we feel completely ripped off.

Water faucet in bathroom was loose but otherwise beautiful hotel. Coffee shop was a bit disappointing.
-
Very clean rooms, the bay view is the way to go. Nob Hill is a beautiful area, with it being so easy, you can get to pretty much anything within walking distance or a quick Uber the staff was friendly and present throughout the whole experience
-
A timeless place in SF with amazing views from the rooms in the tower.
-
The atmosphere and history of the place make it worth visiting, and I enjoyed my stay.
-
It was not even busy in the restaurant...
-
A historic hotel with a prime location in San Francisco. Our room was in well condition and its view was breathtaking!
-
Bed was very comfortable. The drapes didn't pull closed to completely darken the room.
-
1. hotel guest I could not get a table for one of the hotel restaurants 2. Very noisy felt like a Party hotel 3. I got charged for a water and the was supposed to be free part of my $10 day mini bar allowance

The Fairmont was very accommodating with our early check in. Top notch service, clean spacious room. You can’t go wrong staying here.
-
We had dinner in the Congo Room! Very good dinner and ambiance! Probably won’t stay there again!
-
Worth every penny to stay in this classic SF hotel that happened to be a stone’s throw from a concert we attended at The Masonic. The staff are particularly attentive and helpful. Even the eye-watering cost for valet parking didn’t really sting in this neighborhood.

Beautiful Hotel, they were kind enough to give is an upgraded room with an amazing view when we checked in for no reason. The area is verry nice as well. Much cleaner and safer feeling than other parts of the city. Their car service was excellent as well. The had black car service available which made traveling in the city much easier.
