Its an old property with old features. So if you are looking for a modern property with modern amenities, its not the place for you. Even the curtains dont close or give a black out when you want. Apart from this, Hotel was ok.

I had a corner room overlooking the city and the Grace cathedral, marvellous light, super friendly staff, just a pure pleasure to be there. One of the best hotel experiences ever.

Yes this is 100 year old hotel, but torn wall paper and carpet in the rooms is not acceptable. Toe nail clippings by the bed and a destination fee which could not be explained were also not welcomed additions. Sad to se a landmark in despair. The room was a stand king and absolutely not worthy of the $350.00 price tag.

The hard close at 11 of the top of the mark was annoyjng. I had friends up there and left my phone. Why was I not allowed to go back up after dropping off my wife in her room. I get it they close but they should close from the top not below. Luckily they got my phone for me but my friends then had to come down.

The restaurant was not what I expected. There was a minimal menu offered all day. No Evening Dinner Menu. Just Burgers and pasta. A very expensive Breakfast menu and buffet. The Front desk, Rick, was so helpful finding Reservations in Chinatown during the Moon Festival. He listened to our needs and found the perfect place, two nights in a row. The Top of the Mark lounge is very busy almost all week. Reservations are recommended just for cocktails with a view. It would be nice to offer some special accomodation for guests staying at the hotel. The room was worn, edges of tables chipped and lamps a bit wobbly. Linens and cleanliness were on point. We had a nice week long stay in this iconic hotel.

Nice hotel, old fashion room, bad soundproofing, no water bottle and no amenities to prepare tea or coffee in the room. Nice location and beautiful views. Stay was ok but I would not stay there again as I felt minimum amenities were not available and soundproofing not good.

bathroom is a bit run down and could use some maintenance, the floor board had visible buildup and looked quite worn and neglected. no coffee or tea in the room

The dining room was lovely and food very good. This beautiful old hotel is in a dire need for a refresh. The furniture in the lobby mismatched, old and out of date. Also broken and chipped marble floors. Same applies to the guest rooms, the furniture & draperies old and need a refresh. Not enough outlets in the guest rooms.
