Clean rooms with plenty of mirrors in bathroom and room. The location was very convenient to all of the popular tourist stops in san francisco!

We enjoyed our stay at the hotel was very clean. The beds were very comfortable. I do feel like The breakfast buffet was a bit pricey even for California.

The property and room were clean. Housekeeping was provided daily without us having to ask. The staff were friendly, helpful, and welcoming. Highly recommend!

Larger than average rooms for the city. It's SF, so pretty cold outside for the outdoor pool, even in summer, but the 24 hour fitness room was excellent. Only two guest laundry washing machines for 20+ floors of guests, and one was broken during our stay, so plan accordingly. For breakfast, my family liked "pancake tacos" at The Village restaurant nearby, and pastries at the Juniper bakery. Whole Foods is a block away, and a variety of restaurants. e.g., ~1 block to Little Chihuahua for tasty Mexican food with large portions. The hotel room does have a small fridge. Great staff. Good overall, we'd stay again!

The only downside was that the TV kept losing its connection about every 10 minutes, which was a bit frustrating when trying to relax and watch something. Other than that minor issue, everything else was excellent. We would definitely stay here again and highly recommend this hotel!

Great hotel and location. This the when staying in San Francisco

It was our 3rd time staying here. It's the only hotel I stay at when I come to SF. The staff are always friendly, helpful, and they make me feel welcomed, which hasn't always happened in the past with other hotel staff. Love they have they're own parking garage. We've never had issues with a brake in. I highly recommend staying here and will continue to stay there in the future!

The hotel was ver accommodating. We arrived in the morning hoping to just drop off our bags until check in and we were able to get into our room very early. Overall, the hotel was quiet even though they were doing some minor construction. I would definitely stay again.

Decided to stay at this hotel based off of a TikTok video I seen in regards of the premium king room, top floor corner room for the immaculate view. I must say, it was beautiful. However, walking into my hotel room it was very small. Compared to the videos that I seen it looks much bigger however it was just for two for the night. Parking was included in my stay. The garage was secure. Elevators from garage take you straight to your floor into your hotel room. I love that part. We did not stay for breakfast. I’m not sure if it was free or a fee. There was a lot around us in walking distance so we did not have to drive. I would stay here again.

The property is first of all strategically located, the property is very neat and could see improvements activities ongoing. Well respected and polite staff who are always ready to assist. The complimentary breakfast is great with a fitness center and a swimming pool. The room is clean and comfortable. Will recommend the hotel to anyone who wants to have a good holidays.
