Holiday Inn Golden Gateway by IHG

The young Mexican lady arranged a room on the 7th floor next to the fridge to us, the fridge generates huge noises and kept me awaking till 3am. I reported this to her and she said she can’t do nothing about it. On 3am I went to the front desk again and met the manager Sam and explained the situation to him again and he helped shut down the fridge.

Got to stay in the City for a few days and it was the best trip! Long overdue time in this area. So many great restaurants close by and traveling by Cable Car never disappoints. The Hotel staff were all charming and helpful. Thanks for the great hospitality and memories. See you again!

The in room Keurig wouldn’t work unfortunately. It would be really nice to have hot coffee and hot water machines as a complimentary amenity in the lobby. Certainly wouldn’t be much of an expense for IHG.

For the price and location I don’t think you can get anything better honestly and buy the parking pass when you buy the room not in person.

It was quite nice but the main floor always had a very nauseating smell.

I throughly enjoyed our stay here especially since we did do the big bus tour and our hotel was a stop which and made it very easy to get on the bus and to get to our hotel! Enjoyed our stay very much!

Peaceful place.

The room was nice and clean with a beautiful view. I would love to come back again to this hotel. I felt safe there.

Muy limpio lugar muy agradable muy bonito y accesible lo único malo es que te cobran 50$ dolares por noche por estacionamiento, eso fue lo único que no me gustó, de ahí en más muy bien en todo

Stayed for 3 nights while seeing the sites. The rate was great to include parking for a rental, we had in and out parking privileges until 3pm on the day we checked out. The room was clean and comfortable, The pool, outside, was heated but because of the wind it was pretty cold! Location is close to one of the cable cars but be warned that it may be difficult to return on public transport in the evening apart from cabs.

It is in a very good location and has parking.

Decent hotel right in the center of everything. Staff were very friendly and helpful. Rooms were clean and comfortable. Pool was somewhat cold but still used it. Great restaurants close by.
