Staff at check in was great. Location being right across Oracle Park is amazing. Parking next door at Audi Premium garages was less than $30 for overnight. Room amenities were nice and room was modern and clean. The only thing we didn’t like was that even from the 5th floor, we had a few of a brick bldg.

LOVE that Via is directly across the street from Oracle Park, especially after a night game! Roof top bar is awesome and the rooms are always clean & comfortable.

However: The room was clean, absolutely enjoyed the convenience of being walking distance from Oracle park, along with the rooftop bar, both of which made it an experience we will not forget. Housekeeping did a great job

I booked a courtyard room thinking it would be nice, unfortunately it’s right off the lobby and very loud. The staff was very kind and helped us find a more quiet room on the 8th floor. All the staff at the rooftop bar and the lower bar off the lobby are very nice

Went down specifically to go to the game. Location to ballpark is awesome just across the street. Also not bad walking distance down to Union Square. And I also met Will Clark.

Went to watch a Giants game, the stadium was directly across the street. My wife and I were celebrating our birthdays and they upgraded our room. When we arrived, to our amazement, they had a charcuterie board and champagne in our room for us. The staff was more than welcoming. The location of the hotel had several bars, restaurants, and grocery markets within a 5 minute walk.

Several rug stains… unsure from what but, Ew. Requested something special for the room for my boyfriend’s birthday in advance… safe to say they totally failed.
