Wonderful staff who go above and beyond. The establishment itself is clean with comfortable beds and spacious rooms. Unfortunately, after we unpacked we realized all outlets in the room were out but the staff was kind enough to move us with an upgraded room.

The room was pretty subpar. One of the lamps didn’t work, there were scuffs all over the wall, hair/debris on the bed, the beds didn’t have bottom sheets on them only top sheets, and the beds were very hard and very uncomfortable. I literally woke up with back and shoulder pain. I didn’t bring any of this up because we were only there one night and we got in very late and were exhausted. The hotel is beautiful and most of the staff were great but for the price I paid I was very unimpressed with my experience overall.

Clean and comfortable room. Friendly staff. Perfect for an event at Oracle park or Chase Center. Safeway a few blocks from the hotel for last minute items. Enjoyed some food and drinks at the rooftop bar with a great view of the ballpark.
