Hyatt Place San Francisco Downtown

Great location, good parking, awesome breakfast.

Stay was amazing from staff to cleanliness. Roof access is around the corner and entered thru another location which was to our surprise. We didn’t even get to go up there as we were told there was a bar and my daughter and I both left our I.D’s in the room. We only wanted to see the view and get some pics. We were under the impression you can access the rooftop from the elevator of the hotel, you cannot.

Very nice cleaning staff and very friendly front desk ladies. The room was fine but the hotel allows dogs and we had a barking dog next to our room that stopped barking after a couple of hours once the owner returned to her room. Parking garage conveniently close to the hotel at $50/day.

Breakfast was wonderful, lots of options, staff could not be nicer. The beds were comfy, plan of the hotel was well thought out. Plant wall was a nice touch. Will most likely book again.

Very quiet

Great location, right next to Giants Stadium. Was perfect for the game. They gave us a little bag of water and snacks at check-in. My kids thought that was the best. They were also super helpful with holding our backs earlier in the day and then the following day before we left.

Everything was great except I had to call and leave a message requesting a copy of my final bill and I still have not received it.

Overall experience was great.

The staff was the best, friendly and helpful. Room was a bit noisy and outside, early morning noise was borhersome.

Check in was easy, the staff is always friendly and the accommodations are great. We always stay here when going to Oracle park. Clean rooms and the beds are just perfect!

Very quiet, very clean, good exercise room and good breakfast

The room, staff and free breakfast were great. There was only one problem. The parking situation was very bad. The hotel has ten spaces total. To get to those spaces if any are available is a very difficult process and cost $100 per night. When you pull up to the hotel you quickly learn there is nowhere to pull up to and no parking. Spending five nights at this hotel cost me a great deal of money to park at the hotel one night and another parking garage four nights.

Amazing quality, safe, quiet, great breakfast. And the ease to get to Oracle Park was so great!

Property feels rundown , a bit unclean. Dirty grout in the bathroom. Plastic cups. Feels dated and basic. Good location to ballpark, though

Loved this hotel and proximity to Oracle Park! Breakfast included was a nice surprise. I’ll definitely book again next time I’m in town.

Clean rooms. Friendly staff. The breakfast is pretty average but good. We stay here every time we attend a Giants game. 2 min walk to the ball park. Easy access to and from the freeway.

Room was clean. Hotel super close to Oracle Park.
