I love staying here when we go to Giants games. Its a perfect location and my kids love the robots and deliver room service.

Love this place for the location, staff and amenities, esp the rooftop restaurant.

Modern, clean and great views and a nice roof top bar & restaurant. Close proximity *5 mins walk* to Oracle Park.

Weekend stay for events at Chase center, easy to access, park, check-in and friendly staff. Walking distance to dining and entertainment including Spark Social SF for the World Cup watch party. Overall a great stay and weekend in SF!

Very average hotel, not worth the high price tag.

Really a lovely hotel in the Mission Bay area of San Francisco. Large rooms and bathrooms. Might sound funny, but we are so tired of rooms poorly lit, but at this hotel- you can light up the room with all the lamps that they have in the rooms. Rooms also have a small refrig and safe- extra amenities that we like. Staff was lovely- I needed something printed out and they did it immediately!

Very nice property. Very convenient to the stadium and walkable to the ferry building. Very efficient staff.

Excellent stay, unfortunately parking is not free but there are garages not far away for half the price.

Loved this hotel!!! Will be back

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at the Luma hotel in San Francisco. The property was very clean and in walking distance of Oracle Park. Staff was friendly and accomodating.

The area can get a little crazy if there are baseball games happening though, but it's manageable and mostly locals attending anyway.

Parking was expensive, over $100 per night with fees, and a nightmare to retrieve your car. They failed to send the text with car parking information to "call" for the cars every single time but once, and only for one of two cars. For one car, we received one text upon the initial parking. That one text did, in fact, not cover any future parking; the number kept changing. To make matters worse, when we went to the valet stand to request a car, they asked for the parking number, which we did not have. They hung a tag in the rearview mirror and attached one to the keys, but did not provide the driver with the number. While we were checking out, they "lost" the keys to one of our vehicles and took over an hour to find them... it took a manager 30 seconds to find them after I was able to speak to him. The manager was very responsive, refunded all parking fees, and bought the 4 girls waiting over an hour pretty much anything they wanted at the coffee shop. He also sent a voucher for a future stay.

I requested my EV auto be charged while parked; it was not They double billed my car parking as if I had 2 vehicles. They promised to correct. Beautiful and convenient location

Amazing location and amenities in the local neighborhood! This is the place to be!

Didn’t like that I was not refunded for one day even though I gave more than a 24 hour notice that I had to check out one day early. I didn’t like that there was no microwave in our room. Didn’t like when I called twice and the AI machine said someone will return my call and no one ever did. Didn’t like that I was waiting for my car when it was parked at the side without my knowledge until I asked what happened.
