LUMA Hotel San Francisco

Shower water pressure is too weak, towels are too thin, toilet papers are too rough.

Staff was friendly and super helpful. Free water at front desk too. Room was nicely appointed with a steamer for clothes, mini fridge, and coffee maker

We enjoyed the comfy beds and the interactive light fixtures all over the hotel. The location was great!

My husband and I had an absolutely wonderful stay at Luma Hotel San Francisco! From the moment we arrived, we were impressed by how beautiful, modern, and impeccably clean the hotel was. Every detail made us feel comfortable and welcome. What truly made our stay exceptional was the staff. Every single person we interacted with was friendly, professional, and genuinely went above and beyond to make sure we had everything we needed. Their hospitality was outstanding and made us feel like valued guests throughout our stay. The location was fantastic, the rooms were comfortable and thoughtfully designed, and the overall atmosphere was relaxing and inviting. It’s clear that the team takes great pride in providing an exceptional guest experience. We travel often, and this was easily one of our favorite hotel stays. We highly recommend Luma Hotel San Francisco to anyone visiting the city and will absolutely be staying here again. Thank you to the entire team for making our trip so memorable!

Room was clean, housekeeping prompt and easy to signal for turnover. Gym was great and way more extensive than most hotels. Area is very safe and quiet. Loved my stay, would stay here again!

What a lovely new hotel near Chase Center and the happenings in the Mission Bay area! The top-corner-view rooms are pretty spectacular. The art in the hotel is very cool, especially in the coffee area. We did not use LUMA food delivery robots but they are fun to watch! We will be back for sure.

Wonderful checkin (excellent staff - so helpful), cool robots, very close to public transportation and restaurants. Really cool room features (retractable shades/blackout curtains, comfy bed, rain shower) Rooftop restaurant was more like a nightclub but had a great view. Lower floors might be a good idea if you're looking for a quiet experience (could hear the music above on the 16th floor)

Hotel was clean and convenient. The coffee shop turns into a wine bar at night and the staff was very friendly.

I appreciate it. It’s proximity to Oracle Park.

Overall great experience

We enjoyed a single night stay while visiting friends in San Francisco. Our room was more than adequate, with a very comfortable bed, beautiful bathroom, and a nice view of the city. We were glad to have access to the fitness facility, which is small but workable. The surrounding neighborhood had quite a few options for cafés and restaurants. The Front Desk staff were friendly and accommodating. We would definitely stay here again on a future trip.
