Had the most wonderful time at this hotel perfect location for Oracle Park. Perfect location for a weekend. Visit to stay again here every time.
-
Spare and spartan facilities; Expensive; not worth the money I paid for the room.
-
New hotel- nicely appointed and love the location!
-
Place was fantastic and the gym as amazing.
-
Roof top bar was awesome!

Not sure it was worth the price per night. There's no microwave and no room service after 3pm. Also my husband and I really didn't appreciate that there was a cute stuffed dog left on the bed and my daughter thought it was free and for here. So did we. Nope it's $25 and how do you tell your kid no after it's left out for them like that? Heartbreaking money grab. Not cool!

This hotel is beautiful and beautifully maintained! The staff are willing to help at the drop of a hat. There are staff members everywhere so you don’t have to go far if you do need assistance. Luma is within walking distance to just about everything fun. Restaurants! Oracle Park! Chase Center!

Modern and very well maintained facilities. Nice staff! Excellent location and nice neighborhood The hotel offers limited number of complementary (little) late check-out at 13 pm (instead of the standard noontime), but you need to call early on the day of check out to confirm your spot

We came up for a baseball game, great location near Oracle Park and not far from other major sites. Beautiful hotel, great staff, very helpful. The room was super nice with one of the most comfortable beds ever, and pillows to die for. Will definitely stay here again next time we’re in San Francisco.
