The room is lovely, with a beautiful ocean view. It’s very comfortable and wonderfully designed. The hotel staff are exceptionally friendly, welcoming, and attentive. The location is perfect, with highly recommended restaurants and cafés just a one-minute walk away. The rooftop bar has a fantastic atmosphere and is a great place to spend the evening. Highly recommended for a romantic couples’ getaway! Nothing

The hotel is beautiful, newer, clean, and in a safe location. The staff were wonderful. The rooftop bar had an amazing view of the bay. Giants stadium is walking distance, and Chase center, from what I read, is about a 45 min walk. Parking at the hotel is pricey, so we reserved parking in Lot A, which was right across the street. We would definitely stay here again.

Rooms were good Valet damaged my car. After multiple attempts to contact, continual promise to resolve and nothing is done. The manager didn’t really care to do anything, y til he found out I had video; then was interested in getting his hands on the video but nothing done still. It was very obvious. He didn’t care until I had the video. He actually stated on the phone that he didn’t need my pictures or information or copy of the damage report even though he said he never received it from his team. Then when he found out, I had the video he all of a sudden wanted the damage report the video and pictures that I had to send. Very clear he’s being shady and unethical. Honestly, all I care at this point is to be comped for the valet cost. I don’t understand why I should have to pay for a service that did nothing but damage my car. No one even offered to do anything to try to resolve it.

Proximity to the ball park cannot be beat however know that traffic gets VERY busy in the area up to a couple hours before game time. We were often heading back to the hotel before game time so we got caught in traffic AND paid surge prices. Hotel was super clean and comfortable, pleasant staff, everything you’d expect when paying these prices. Really wish there was a pool. The restaurant situation isn’t ideal. There aren’t many options nearby. The hotel coffee shop turns into a wine bar in the evening and stops selling coffee. We didn’t try the rooftop bar. There is a small grocery store down the block and a Safeway a bit further which was helpful for snacks.

I love that place and everyone for the most part are amazing. Everett is especially great. What I booked through booking.com for a room, the rate I was told then, and what I was charged was about a $250.00 difference. I work for a living. It was a special time for myself and my youngest son, I had my son for a dad son day out of town, I couldn’t say no but I sure wanted to. I don’t mind paying for a room but I do expect to pay what I’m told prior when I show up. Disappointing for sure.

While it was a quick trip, the beds were comfortable and the location to Oracle Park is amazing!
