The motel has seen better days, the parking spots are a little tight, and a few things were broken in the room (bathroom door latch and sink stopper) but it was cheap and the room was clean.

Yup, the furniture is a little old, but also perfectly functional. A good price, kind staff, safe parking and clean bedding. Conveniently close to bus routes to get where I needed to go. Would definitely come back again.

I liked the location and the people were very kind. It was very old and not very well upkept. I didn’t love that. Mt parents stayed a few years ago and it was much better then.
-
Good motel style room, a little tired outside and in, but pretty good. Great location for walks including a few kms to fisherman's wharf

A good area to stay around.

Great value for San Francisco with free parking. Facilities are dated.

Room was shoddy, every surface was chipped, marred, or dirty. Not well maintained at all. Broken drawer hanging off the bedside cabinet. Light cord cut off at the plug. Broken window blinds. Mold and rust in the bathroom. Carpet felt unsanitary to walk on barefoot. For the price, really expected more. Room not only needs a thorough cleaning top to bottom, but new paint done properly, and new furnishings.

Decent stay, wish it had better sound proofing though. My neighbors were blasting music until sunrise and couldn’t sleep. The free parking was great though and staff were nice

Staff was wonderful, very friendly and helpful. It is in a good location, near bus stops, and the neighborhood felt very safe. We appreciated the free parking. Overall, it was a good price. Just a shame that they don't fix things that are broken. The hotel is very run down and many things were broken. There is no microwave in the room. There is one in the lobby that is available to use, but the lobby doesn't open until 9 am, so not a lot of help for breakfast.

Filthy room, top to bottom. Sticky carpet. Dirt marks all over walls, doors etc. Coffee maker did not work. Moved to another room second night. It was cleaner but door did not lock, so piled furniture in front of door for security.

Due to these conditions, I booked another hotel within the same hour. Although the front desk receptionist explicitly told me the next day that they would authorize a refund for the rest of my stay through Booking.com, the property subsequently refused the request. I would not recommend staying here.

There was free parking and ample amounts of toiletry supplies. you could only plug in the fridge or the tv, not both. The staff found an extension cord and hooked it up for us. The bed linens had stains and the decorative pillow was pretty gross. The beds sagged in the middle and the air conditioner did not cool the place at all and so super loud. There was a big fan in the closet but we didn't get it out.

This time at the Town House Motel I stayed in the room right next to the room that I had back in February. You can read my last review. This stay was much better, because the room was in better repair. Everything in the room was functional. So, an improvement on the door, the window, the shutters, and most definitely, - the shower door, which did not cause my thumbnail to be blackened. By the way, my thumbnail is almost grown out ! I had a nice TV, and when it wouldn’t connect to the antennae, the desk manager came to my room and fixed it, - at 12:30 am ! The bed was perfect and so was the temperature of the room. I was able to park in front of my room, which is a big help for me. Also, the desk Manager gave me a later check-out, that I requested, because of my insomnia. All in all, a fantastic stay, and I cannot wait to return. Yay Town House Motel ! Actually, nothing was not to my liking. This a great for the price, great value hotel !
