A++having parking included which could be a hazle and expensive to find. Amazing staff, very customer focused and carrying. Depending on room assignment some might look small (but still have 2 beds and work good). Has only one elevator, but again depending on room assignment it might be far away. Lobby closes at night, but there's always someone available 24hrs by just ringing the lobby call button. Only downside for some people they might found it a bit loud at night/morning due to traffic by the hotel being on a main street location.

Could hear stomping above our room and doors slamming. I suggest a room on 3rd floor to avoid all of that. Other than that it was a good stay.

This hotel has a lot of character, but it comes with a few trade-offs. On the positive side, the elevator is delightfully old and quaint, which I really enjoyed. However, there were a few practical issues during my stay. The parking lot is quite tight, and a couple of slats on the window shutters were broken. Additionally, street noise was loud all night long, which made it difficult to sleep. It is a unique property, but it could use a few maintenance updates and better soundproofing.

We only stayed here one night, but this hotel absolutely served our needs. The staff was helpful and attentive. The free parking was extremely appreciated.

Nice affordable gem in the heart of SF city. Chose this place for its close proximity to Fort Mason Center. Modern amenities, HUGE bathroom, helpful staff and nice owners. All at a bangin' good price. What more can you ask for?

Lovely motel, newly renovated rooms. Walls are a bit thin but that didn’t bother us. We liked how tight the parking spaces were since that helps prevent theft.

The property was clean, staff awesome, rooms just what you need, beds comfortable. However, the traffic noise was awful. If it weren't for the traffic noise I would stay there again, but it was so bad I won't.

Everything was good except at some maintenance or construction worker started doing some repair right above our window looking inside the room at 8 am!!!!

-
Nice and friendly staff, great location. Noisy room and the door easily breakable. Air-conditioning super noisy.
-
Room is exactly what we needed for the night but the room is very plain and no decorated at all. Only issue with facility is parking is limited and can be tricky if you have a large vehicle
-
Amazing location free car parking Tiny room, rude staff building was falling apart very run down and definitely would not recommend anyone to stay here. Very very budget hotel.
-
Clean room. Close to everything. Easy parking
