Very nice room. Large. New. Clean. Excellent.

Great locational(easy walk to Marina restaurants, a good small coffee shop next door, and close to touristy things in fisherman’s wharf, but not stuck in that chaos) . Generous room size. Front desk staff were very friendly. Surprisingly large room. A bit old but comfortable. For the price much nicer than I expected! Would definitely stay there again.

The rooms are basic nothing fancy but still recommend it

Both staff members and the manager seemed genuinely concerned and wanted to help, but given I literally got two hours of sleep so no one could break in the open windows I thought the discount showed have been much higher given it was $300 per night. With all that said, I realize that they don't know me and probably deal with a lot of scammers, so I hold nothing against them and would give them

I would have liked a microwave in the room.

Great. Clean and accessible

Finally when the reception employee returned, he seemed annoyed to have customers waiting and was less than enthusiastic or friendly checking us in. He tossed things around and it was clear he hated his job. When we finally got to our room, it smelled like dirty feet. The duvet had a baked-in blood stain, and there were some unidentified stains on the wall. Was happy to vacate the premises promptly the next morning and continue our journey.

Needs to update beddings

The room was clean and comfortable. Good location and free parking. Was able to leave car parked after check out time enabling to enjoy more time around area

All was good

Very old and cheap looking motel. Paper thin walls. You can hear a neighbor taking or watching tv. I could not fall asleep at all. The only advantage is location.

Loved the staff here- friendly & helpful. Grateful for the reasonably priced stay in downtown San Francisco. The accessible room had easy access and the roll in shower met our needs. The room was clean. There was a little road noise, easily managed with ear plugs. We had a coffee maker, safe, and fridge in our room (no microwave). In all- a good value for the price.
