quiet, safe, parking , you will need Uber to go eat. Carpets are gross. Bathrooms are not handicap friendly.

A bit noisy at night but overall it was a good place. Also the location is quite good

Very basic hotel. First time I’ve been to a hotel that didn’t have coffee for their guests.

The hotel does not have adequate parking for the number of rooms they have. If you don't have a car, this is a great place to stay, the bus (Big Bus Included) stops right in front. If you do have a car, plan to be in by 6:00 PM, anytime after that you are not going to find a spot to park. Hopefully you read this before you book because I figured out parking was first come first served at checking.

Me gustó habernos hospedado ahí por que tienen estacionamiento gratis fue muy fácil de movernos en uber más barato que pagar a cada lugar q íbamos, inclusive nos dejaron dejar el carro ahí hasta después de nuestro checking aproximadamente lo recogí a las cinco de la tarde ya habíamos abandonado el cuarto y decidimos ir a pasear por última vez pero en Uber así que el carro se quedó ahí en el estacionamiento, hasta que regresamos, siempre fueron muy amable

Fantastic little gem! Such a great place on Lombard Street - clean, spacious rooms, tea & coffee, fridge etc. Highly recommended!

Bad: The mattress are hard a rock. We woke up sooo sore. Definitely need to change this.

Location was great.

Location. Free underground and street-level parking with separate entrances (although limited spots). A bus stop for 2 lines right in front of the hotel. Several restaurants, small grocery stores, and a laundromat within walking distance. No microwave. The king-size bed in room 120 was so hard I had to request a change of room; I had to insist on this as the manager was telling me that all the beds are the same. My relatives in a separate room could not believe how hard my mattress was. Their two queen-size beds and the queen-size bed in the room I was moved into were softer and more comfortable.

It went well. Nothing fancy but the view of GG Bridge was perfect. Very convenient location.

One negative I'd highlight is the hotel remains accessible day and night without need to use card access to the hotel or hotel floors or the lifts which poses security concern particularly at night when reception is shut down

Check-in was bizarre- there was a staff member behind the counter but they could not check you in. You had to interact with a Kiosk with a person on Zoom- strange. Rooms were fine- though the blankets were thin. If you get cold make sure to bring layers to sleep in.
