1)- Hotel : is totally spotless clean. 2)-Elevator : modern & functioning . 3)- Kitchen : has two huge fridges & 2 microwaves. 4)- Dorms : spacious with sturdy bunks , fixed to both floor & walls & have double curtains for complete privacy. 5)- Parking garage in situ. 6)- Patio : has pool and big TV screen & games. 1) - Location: is OK if you have a car , but if you depend on your legs it is NOT. As it is in the middle of nowhere, in a quiet residential area , Not for tourist , Nor for shopping, you have to walk at least 10 min in empty boring streets to reach nearest bus stop , which takes at least extra 30 min. to get to nearest touristic place or Union Square. 2)- BREAKFAST : is a joke, just bread & cubes of butter and jam + yougurt. No eggs , No ham No cereals , and the one only fruit is banana for all the 7 days I stayed.( unlike Same sun of Montereal which offered many varieties BK). 3)- Kitchen : Ônly 2 fridges + 2 microwaves, No sink , No oven , No cultery ( just paper dishes & plastic disposable utensils ). 4)- Common room : is a freezing cold patio got windows that have NO glass, just transparent nylon all around ! - 5 ) Activities : All have to happen in a meeting point far outside hotel, so no vibes in hote itself. 6)- Wifi : weak signal in dorms. . 7)- Matresses : Very fluffy , need to be replaced.

The location is so nice, close to California street, Lombard street, personal was so friendly and polite The breakfast can be better, I got bagels, orange juice, bananas, yogurt, coffee/tea

Breakfast was good, with bagels, bananas, yogurt, jam and coffee. The mattress was soft, and the room quiet; I slept well. 厨房的东西太少了 只有个微波炉

Everything, the private room with balcony facing the Golden Gate Bridge was large, clean and the location was a short walk away from the pier. Nothing!
