great breakfast

I requested to speak to the manager and solve the situation at least in the form of compensation as they did not fix the AC during the whole day and nobody contacted me and charged me full price of $450.

Breakfast disappointing and very noisy at night.

Unfortunately, cleanliness was a major issue during both of our stays at this property. We booked this hotel twice during our trip, and neither room had been properly cleaned. During our first stay, we found used earplugs under the bed. On our second stay, the bathroom was clearly not cleaned properly. There were hairs on the shower floor, the shower walls, and the bathroom floor. When we reported the issue, we were told that no other room was available until the following day. As a result, we had to spend one of our two nights in a room that had not been properly cleaned. We also did not receive any compensation for the inconvenience. Unkind Staff With the exception of one staff member, our interactions with the staff were disappointing. Some employees spoke negatively about their colleagues in front of guests.

BLACK MOLD AND PEEING PAINT! Health hazard. The black mold and peeling paint.
-
Location and price are very good.
-
Food was bagels and oj and yogurt not worth paying the extra for breakfast and the facilities smell like smoke definitely will never be back there Food smells like smoke you get what you payed for

I've stayed here like 5 times and I really love this place. It's always clean, I like that the rooms are minimalistic and with light colors. The staff is always really nice, and the location is amazing. The zone feels safe at day and night and you can walk to the piers and restaurants nearby.

The staff is awesome. Overall it has been a nice stay.

Everything was ok for the price. The only thing I had a problem with was that the bed were not that comfortable including the pillows. The breakfast could have been better. It was cheaper then a lot of other hotels near by so you get what you pay for. In the end everything was ok.

Good location. Friendly staff. Good breakfast. Would definitely stay again

The hotel was close to our event and the waterfront. Staff was efficient and accommodating. The place was perfect for our event.

Location and staff Carpet needs to go and need to repaint hallway and closets of the private rooms if you’re paying more than the hostels bedroom setup. As soon as you walk in the room, the carpet stinge welcomes you.
-
Location for work, clean, and quiet. Good vibe in the common space.
-
Because of these conditions, I had to book another hotel for the second night, even though I had already paid for this reservation. The accommodation did not refund me for the unused night. When I spoke to the front desk, I felt my concerns were not taken seriously. This stay was not suitable or safe for a family with a small child. Finding a needle in a room where a toddler is staying is a serious safety issue, not just an inconvenience
-
The location is great and its a pretty clean place. I enjoy my stay. There was a frige in the room so we went to the supermarket and grab some food for the week and we kept it cool. The breakfast ended too early

Clean rooms, helpful staff, parking was a great plus
-
The room is clean and the bed is super comfy. Curtains for each bed is very well thought for good privacy. The locker could have been bigger to store bags.
-
The beds in the shared rooms have curtains that wrap around them for privacy. There are lockers inside the rooms so be sure to bring the lock. The sink is separate from the toilet and shower, so one person could be showering, and another person can be using the sink. There’s a garage for free parking. The breakfast provides coffee, tea, bagels, bananas, and yogurt = basic but good. There was a guy snoring louder than I’ve ever heard anybody snore. I didn’t know it as possible. But that’s not the Hotel’s fault. That’s the risk you take when you have a shared room. I just use my headphones to try to drown out the noise the best I could. Last Night a guy came in drunk, and he was making groaning noises for about 30 minutes. Then he went into the bathroom and threw up. He passed out in the bathroom for about 30 minutes. But then he woke up and crashed for the night without any problems Again, this is what you might get when you share a room.
