Very clean and homie..near to everywhere and they have nice free parking lot for us

There was no breakfast

Good location and friendly and helpful front desk. I would love to have had an ironing board and iron. Because the hotel is located on Lombard Street, it is rather noisy.

Things missing were washclothes and sufficient and appropriate pillows for a King bed. Sunny, the front desk agent, was wonderful. Very good price/value relationship.

The room was clean. It was a little smaller than in the photos but it was remodeled. My only issue was the advertisement about parking..There was parking included, however they did recommend being back by 7pm daily or you may not have a spot. When we personally are on vacation we do not come back by 7 so we took Uber a couple of times to be safe.

Amazing stay!

Clean place. I was worried about parking my car on the street, but this property has parking included and they have security guards patrolling, so my brand new Prius was safe. Thanks

The price you pay is not worth it. This is a motel not a hotel. The room was decent. Very small-no closet. We had to leave at 9am and I went to return the card key and the front attendant seemed annoyed that I rang the bell for that. Price should be $150 not $400 plus

The hotel room itself was fine, but unfortunately, there were several issues that made our stay quite unpleasant. The only real positive was the location, as it was within walking distance of several attractions and points of interest. The air conditioning was extremely loud, and the room was very noisy and poorly soundproofed. On top of that, our room had a strong smell of urine. We reported this to the man at the reception, who told us that he would do something about it. When we returned to the hotel later that day, we were shocked to find our room door wide open, with no one around. All of our personal belongings were inside, completely exposed and accessible to anyone. My boyfriend understandably went to the reception very angry and concerned about the situation. The man at the reception calmly told him that he had been monitoring everything through the security cameras. However, this did not seem to be true, as we had actually seen him standing outside by our car eating pizza at the time. This situation made us feel very uncomfortable and unsafe, especially because our belongings had been left completely unattended with our door wide open. Overall, while the room itself was acceptable, the noise, urine smell, and especially the incident with our room being left wide open made this a very disappointing stay.

Exceptional

Great location. Free parking is a perk. We parked and ubered everywhere as parking is a menace in SFO. Room was NOT ready at 3:00 PM check in time. Be prepared for it if you're traveling with family. Otherwise, the room was clean, good and spacious.

It is walkable distance to many local stores and bars. Can really hear whoever is staying above you or if they’re cleaning.
