We enjoyed our stay at La Casa Inn. The hotel was conveniently located to restaurants within walking distance. The rooms were clean and we appreciated the modern renovations making the rooms comfortable. The easy check in and free parking was an added bonus. We would definitely stay again at La Casa Inn.

Our room was nicely updated and clean. The beds were very firm and there were minimal pillows provided which a couple in our party were not happy with. It was not concern enough to call and ask for more. The free parking was a huge bonus for city accommodations and the location was very walkable to the places we were going. I would definitely stay again.

overall everything was great, just the water pressure in the shower was low, could not enjoy my shower, but I definitely recommend it. 👍

Everything is excellent.

The room was clean and decorated with a modern, yet warm vibe. The hotel messaged me ahead of time to warn me that parking may be an issue on the fourth of July holiday. We still got a spot. Communication and check-in was good. Only negative is when housekeeping just opened the door in the morning without knocking. Slightly awkward. Overall, nice stay.

i was at first happy with the staff and how ample the free parking was. it was nearby alot of transit. i was placed in room 201 as soon as i stepped in the windows were closed and the street was loud! and there was countless flies on the window. another thing is check in was at 3pm i got there at 4 and room wasnt ready until 5pm. they rushed to clean the room and you could tell. just laying in the room random bugs kept appearing. three mosquitoes on the ceiling right away! i swatted them with their towels and finally laid down before being attacked by flies. i have sensitive blood type so we decided to ask to change rooms. i explained what happened and thy agreed to refund because there was no other rooms. the manager came upstairs angry and said there was no bugs! i had killed the mosquitoes and i told them him there was a bunch of bugs on the windows and the nice cleaning lady agreed and appoligized. we left! trust me that place was not as clean as it looks in the pictures! so beware! i had to file a claim to recieve a refund because they never followed through with it! horrible experience!

A good, clean, recently renovated motel in San Francisco. The only annoying thing is the automated messages from management through the Hotels.com app. I would recommend either turning them off or responding to them, as I have booked this hotel twice and received exactly the same messages both times.

Very clean and comfortable. 100% recommended!

Very convenient location. Close to the Golden Gate Bridge and Fisherman’s Wharf. The rooms were very clean. The staff checked us in and then gave our room to another guest. Imagine our surprise when we entered our room to find a whole family in our room. Also, there is no lobby or public restroom, which we needed after a 4 hour drive. Parking is convenient but limited.
