False advertising: free breakfast was not available room key didn't work. No coffee in room. 1 wash cloth for 2 people. Carpet dirty. No toilet paper on wall. Toilet paper on floor

There was a ‘psychotic’ at my door at 6:30am knocking. Was scary

Perfect location for my business activities. Fast and easy check in and out. Staff friendly and supportive Would like more amenities such as morning coffee, not necessarily a breakfast, but at least coffee. Consider more vending machines as well.

I enjoyed the staff! I was greeted by a friendly woman who cared and asked questions to make us feel accommodated and welcome. Also, the bathrooms were very nice and clean. Water pressure was great and soaps were provided. :) There was a unrepaired towel rack which was falling off the wall but honestly didn’t bother me that much to ask for repair.

Staff were kind despite a few minor issues. Delayed checkout was offered, but quite the hassle. I needed 3 separate office visits to confirm, and received a call and knock during my 1-hour extended checkout. Additional time was available, but not free (one quote for $15/hour and another received for $10/hour)

Bed was comfortable and clean. First night the room next door was super loud all night. The remaining nights were quiet and peaceful. I wish the fan function on the AC would remain on all night with the AC on.

Good area to stay in not to far from other big city’s like LA and SF The water seemed not so clean & the walls were thin

Although our room size seemed small but it was a decent amount of space for two people. I liked how the tv actually worked. If there was a hand soap by the sink. That would have been great to wash our hands with.

honestly the main reason i stayed here was the location. right in the heart of downtown san jose, the convention center is less than 5 minutes away and jsu is 5-10 min away. i guess the bed was pretty good too. this motel is mad jank. the doors didn't feel particularly secure, and there was a funky smell in the room that didn't go away even after airing it out for a few hours. there's no water kettle, and the amount of toiletries provided are super barebones. and the pool on site was closed. for $150 a night, you're really not getting much but i guess that's bay area for you.

Bed was comfy The carpet outside room in hallway looks gross. Would be best if no carpet in or outside hotel room

We enjoyed the location and the parking lot. The pools wasn’t open :(

The room was roach infested and when I went to the front desk to complain about it the man at the front desk could barely move he had a look of sympathy on his face but it could have been pain I don't know Then I paid $138 to house roaches with my things I was only in the room for 2 hours and I do expect a full refund.

Repainted scratches on walls, hand towel rack was broken, the door did not always secure completely.

It was updated but dirty inside There was someone selling drugs, and a horrible noise from the elevator that woke us up every time anyone used it. We ended up having to leave in early hours of the morning.

No breakfast, no coffee in the morning.
