Four Points by Sheraton San Jose Downtown

Great hotel in downtown San Jose. Close to restaurants, coffee shops and the train. Great location.

Building is older but well maintained. Smelled and felt a little like mildew. The staff was very nice. Good location

Area Parking should be included and not an add on and not much parking space.

Parking costs $40, which is quite high. Most hotels offer free parking, so I could have chosen a better hotel with it.

I give it a 4 star review because the Mosaic bar in the hotel was just atrocious. We went to watch the cowboys loose since we had time before our concert and we didn't feel like wondering off just yet. There are about 15 miss matched couches piled up next to each other, there's about 70 worn out chairs, the TV's are hardly working, the bar counter was sticky, the bill was incorrect.... I mean it's like an abandoned furniture store in there. I have never seen anything like this. The great and best thing is that the rest of the hotel is excellent. The staff at check in was wonderful, she was kind, informative, just great. The room was clean, and ready at 4pm, the bed was very comfortable, we did enjoy staying the night. The rooms are updated. The actual neighborhood was safe and lively and you can walk to many attractions or take a short uber.

The hotel is conveniently located and the rooms are comfortable. However, parking is a bit pricey compared to nearby options.

Staff was attentive and very helpful. The room was clean and air conditioned.

The hotel itself is a bit dated especially the restaurant/bar downstairs but the hotel works if you have an event or work in the area. I’d stay again if I had to, for the price. But if another property was available for similar I’d choose elsewhere first

Staff very friendly the guy at the front desk was very friendly and very polite room was very clean. Will most definitely be coming back.
