The view was great. And the room was clean, you can instantly take a power nap to unwind.

Parking is good, on the street free at night

Outlets were somewhat outdated for modern phones. Could use more than one robe for the room particularly those with king-size beds. Could use more towels as well. It was unclear whether there was actually parking available or if we had to use the valet. And when I asked about alternative parking from the valet, of course all the point was public and I think I could’ve parked across the street in the Marriott as this was also a Marriott property.😐 for parking I would give them a one star

And the A/C didn't work appropriately. The thermostat was on 64° but the room was always between 74°-78°. Other than that the staff were amazing. The restaurant was good. The valet were awesome & helpful. Great location.

Beautiful building. Great location. Staff goes above and beyond to accommodate. Would stay there again without hesitation.

The front desk went above and beyond to make us feel welcomed. They delivered glasses of wine to our room upon request at no additional charge.

Staff seems to be okay with the fact that it is what it is for the city that’s boarder to silicon Valley. Expedia should advise the public that downtown locations charges $$$ for the parking which is about 1/4 of the published discount rate for the facility.

Good location relative to everything needed. Friendly and helpful staff The a/c would shut off throughout the day and be unusable from about 2-4am. I'm on the taller end so I had to sleep diagonally, but even then my feet would hang off the end

That is all I have for critiques. For praises, the on site restaurant was great if you like Italian. The location is prime for everything except a full sized grocery store. The room had daily cleaning and I know they swapped sheets (as day 2 sheets had a noticable line in the cloth that no other days' sheets had). I have no input on parking as I had no vehicle and walked anywhere I needed.

The staff are always ready and willing to give you a great experience and solve any problems you face. Extremely courteous and competent, you won't be disappointed by them.
